Overall, it's just a waste of money. The guy is in a rush and did not perform a thorough job.Don't get this deal.!

As I mentioned we had a little trouble with dates, but other that that, all when well.

I purchased the big deal for winterization of windows on November 12, 2012. I waited a few days and then contacted the company to let them know I would be off work the following week if they were available. I was told by Mr. Rudd that he was too busy but he would call back to schedule something for the first or second week in December. When I didn't hear from him by December 18, 2012 and Angie's list sent an email asking for a review I let them know that if the work was not completed by the end of the year I would have to request a refund. I then received an email from Mr. Rudd on December 20, 2012 telling me he could not do the work until January 3, 2013. I responded that I was off work from 12/21/12 until 1/2/13 and wanted to be home during the work. On December 21, 2012 I received an email that said he could do the work that day at 2:30pm but unfortunately I did not read the email until December 22, 2012. Had Mr. Rudd called me on the phone to let me know he was available I would have changed my schedule so that the work could have been completed on December 22. I sent him an email response on December 22 but never heard from him again. It's too bad Mr. Rudd did not call me to schedule an appointment as he originally said he would or contact me after the last email because I had already decided that based on the reviews on Angie's List I would contract with him to provide exterior repairs to my windows in the spring. I understand that companies become overwhelmed when they offer a special deal but staying in contact with potential customers by whatever means necessary in order to keep them informed is customer service 101.

Mr. Rudd arrived on time, made initial inspection, performed work and offered a rough estimate to replace some windows this spring. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely do business with his again and plan on having his company come back out later this year to perform additional services.

He was very good and I was happy with the service I would definitely use his services again.

I purchased a big deal and had put off scheduling service. Gordon returned my call within a day, more like a half day and once we connected set up a date for the service to be done. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and Gordon even credited me an hour since I did not have 2 hours worth of things to do on that day. He got back to me promptly re: scheduling service to replace outside water spouts at both my home and a rental property, including informing of the price for each.

He did a great job. Went beyond what the deal was. He not only sealed my deck, but secured my deck in a few places where it was wobbly free of charge. He did spill a bit of stain on an umbrella of mine, but offered to pay for it. Great job.

Very prompt. Arrived on time. Did a good job at the sealant itch a noticeable reduction in cold drafts.

Though, my list didn't get done as I would have liked, it is nice to know that there are good honest people in the business that believe in doing a quality job and know when what is asked of them may not produce those results.

I probably would have done a better job myself. Weather stripping was applied to dusty/dirty windows and doors so the stripping began to fall off before the winter season ended. I would have wiped down surface area with wet cloth before applying weather stripping.

Did a good job. I have pics that I can included but I don't know how to add them or maybe this feature is not available. I just noticed one little gap that probably should have been sealed.

We had delays due to the summer heat. Be patient.

I asked them to come to one house and powerwash. We were very satisfied with the work. He was excellent. He did a great job. Fair prices because we have large homes.

They are the best. Period. I am extremely happy, and would not use anyone else now!!

The experience went fine. They did what I expected.

He showed up on time and did the work. I think it would have worked, but we had a pretty mild winter, so not sure. But the house was less drafty!

Gordon and his crew were genuinely concerned with our situation. Even though they had other jobs in progress, they worked us into their schedule to remedy our problems quickly. Some days, they were a little later than the promised start time, but not by much. We were never kept waiting or wondering. Gordon was able to keep the cost within the insurance company"s cap and even did a little extra. When they found our mold and rot problem to be more extensive than previously thought, they worked with our insurance company to get the full benefit. The roofing and carpentry work was quick and exceptional.There was one incident where cleanup was not performed, but it was a simple miscommunication that Gordon remedied quickly that same day. Also, they had to come back a couple times to finish our punch list, but in the end, everything was completed to our satisfaction. I would definitely hire Gordon again, although I hope I don't need to.

The work was done efficiently and at a very fair price. The extent of the work ended up being more than anticipated, but everything was still done well.

Gordon was responsive and it was easy to schedule the appointment. He arrived on time. The work performed was as promised. Deal included inspecting windows, chaulking and checking/repairing weather stripping for up to 25 windows and 3 doors. I also used part of the time for the handyman work in the same visit. I would definetely hire GR again.

He did a great job with my deck. The weather was very hot and he called us first thing in the morning because the stain would not set properly. He always followed up with us and when the weather cooled he was able to do a beautiful job.

It went great. Prompt, neat, courteous and done in three days. We would definitely recommend them and certainly use them again.
