"Our refrigerator’s freezer was working but the bottom of the fridge wasn’t keeping food cold. I reached out to Chicago Appliance Repair and was contacted right away by Rich. Rich told me Ramon would call to schedule an appointment. Ramon called a few minutes later and came out the next morning. Ramon is fantastic! We were concerned we might have to purchase a new fridge. Ramon quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part. In the meantime Ramon thawed out the freezer mechanism so the fridge would cool better and the freezer would continue to work. I asked if we needed new rubber around the fridge doors. Ramon said we didn’t need that. As soon as the part came in he called and replaced it within a few minutes. Ramon was very honest with us about what needed to be done and what didn’t. He doesn’t mind answering questions as we had quite a few. I will definitely contact Chicago Appliance Company if we need any appliances repaired in the future."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
