The price is good, the service is great, and Adam who runs it is very personable. You feel like you can trust his judgement and he is very knowledgeable.

We had 2 previous water companies out to test our water and then we decided to join Angie's List. Best home decision I've made! I searched water treatment companies and found Adam. After reading his reviews I thought we should have him come out and get a third and final opinion. Boy was I glad we did. My fiance met Adam (I'm very sorry I didn't get the chance to) and my fiance said Adam made him feel at ease and discredited what we had been told by the first water company trying to sell us a $4200 system! Thank goodness we didn't go that route! Adam was less expensive than the other 2 companies and could come out next day to install. We went ahead and made the appointment. The next day, the tech came out, got rid of the old system, put in the new system (with new piping) and provided some tips on use. We had a few minors issues with some other plumbing concerns and the tech was kind enough to look at our issues and tell us how to go about fixing on our own. If we wanted a professional, he even provided a name! I'd totally call Adam before you decide on another area water treatment service. Don't be scammed into buying something you don't need! Thanks Adam. You made this experience easy.

Adam's service was the best I have ever used through Angie's List. He came over within an hour of our first service call ON A SATURDAY. He was very professional and helpful. He offered us advice on the next steps to take, and even gave us tips on how to repair other issues we were having without charging for them. He offered us a immediate installation time for 48 hours later. Again, even on the installation visits, the value added knowledge he gave to us was worth every penny. The installation of the water softener was quick and easy. Adam and his assistant were professional and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Simply the best I've dealt with though AL.

Adam did exactly as he promised. He was on time and very neat and organized. He was professional in every way and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to everyone or anyone who is looking for water treatments for their home or business. He has such a great attitude and positive outlook. We look forward to working with him in the future as we will need our filters changed every 6 months. His pricing was also very fair and reasonable especially compared to the previous system which we had been having problems with and that wasn't working for us! Our water is much improved and we are enjoying great water pressure again throughout our home.

He arrived for both the estimate and installation at the designated times. The work was done well and cleaned up to better than pre-installation state. There are precious few service people who take real pride in what they do. Adam does it!

!Adam arrived promptly at the time he had told us to expect him. He was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He inspected our system and explained that it was set to only cycle every 12 days, instead of every 3 days as it should have been. Therefore, our water wasn't being softened properly or often enough. He showed us how set up the system properly and how to maintain it. We felt his service charge was extremely reasonable and would not hesitate to call him again and/or to recommend him to anyone needing service on their water softener system. It was really a pleasure doing business with him!!

Adam came out the same day we called. He was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. Even though the water softener broke down just before Thanksgiving, he was able to install the new one only a few days later.

I have to start off by saying that Adam and his partner are awesome!! Very glad that I called them to help us. When I called to set up an appt, Adam answered and was very friendly. We made arrangements for him to come within a couple of days. He and his partner were on time and very respectful. I didn't have to ask them to take their shoes off, they just did. I like when people are respectful like that. We had just moved in recently to a new house that has a reverse osmosis system and a water softener. We never had one of these systems before and were unsure how to care for them. Adam thoroughly went through each system and explained what to do. I liked how he explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. They took their time and made sure they went over everything, nothing felt rushed. I will definitely hire them again in the future. Super friendly and honest men. They didn't try to sell me more things than I needed. I appreciate that as well!

We got our system installed awhile ago but I alway like to wait a bit to see how the actual product works out. Our initial meeting went great. Adam is super friendly and very knowledgeable. After installing a faulty system from another plumbing company (who had no idea what he was doing) we decided to replace our year-old system with the one Adam suggested. Immediately, our water felt better. We had some minor 'parts' issues and Adam has always been reliable, quick, and pleasant. He has had to come to our house a few time for minor repairs ie zip tying things down that shake excessively and a loose hose that leaked on our basement floor. Other than those minor issues (which he always quickly addressed and repaired) we are very happy with Adam's services and would recommend him to friends/family.

We are completely happy with Adam's Water Treatment, Inc. All aspects of the experience were excellent. Our sulfer problem is completely solved, and we ended up spending less than we would have with a large national water treatment company. Service scheduling was easy, the equipment was installed right away, and I am happy to use a locally-owned business. I highly recommend Adam's Water Treatment, Inc.!

Our water softener clock was no longer keeping time. The person who installed the system is now in a different line of work, so I found Adam through Angie's List. He spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone, before I even scheduled the job - determining what could possibly be the cause. Adam arrived on time, was prepared, immediately found a broken gear in the timer (just what he had suspected), and replaced it. I appreciated the fact that he only replaced a $16 gear, and did not try and sell me anything else that I didn't need. We also discussed the maintenance schedule of the system. He gave me some good advice regarding our rust removal system. He reset the clock before leaving. I had also asked to purchase a pre and post filter for our R/O system while he was here. Not only did he check our water to make sure we didn't need a new membrane yet (we did not), he installed the filters and flushed out the system. Excellent service at a fair price! If we should ever need service for our water softener or R/O systems in the future, we will definitely be calling Adam!

Adam showed up for the estimate at the time he said he would and I found he great to work with. When he examined my piping he was not sure if he would have to go into my drywall to hook up the system. He took a picture and said he would show it to his plumber. He hasn't me an estimate with having to go through the drywall and one without. I told him I would like him to do the work. He called today evening and asked me if he could come two days later and he would bring his most experienced plumber to see if he could avoid going through the drywall. They showed up exactly when they said they said they would. They were able to avoid going through the drywall. They did a great job and at the price quoted.

I had originally contacted Adam telling him I would need a new water softener, and he easily could have agreed with me and sold me a new one. He, however, is clearly honest (the first professional claimed to not find the problem and suggested I needed a new and larger water softener) and Adam is very knowledgeable with a lot of experience within this industry. He is very friendly and professional. It is always a relief to find an honest person in any industry.

Professional and just a pleasure to work with. Adam was prompt, punctual and patient. He took the time to explain exactly what he would install, why he was choosing the specific model, valve, etc and how to operate and maintain the system once he was gone. He was honest in his suggestions of what we needed in a water softener and did not try to oversell us on things we didn't need. Great guy and best price when compared to the bigger water softener service companies.

We recently purchased a home and were unsure of the operation and history of our water softener and whole house water filtration systems. He was the one who answered the phone and scheduled our service call. When Adam came out he spent a good 40 minutes providing a very thorough and (much needed) informative review and explanation of both systems. He also explained the typical maintenance schedule for both the water filtration and softener systems. (Which was far less frequent than we had been led to believe by other water treatment companies.) He even showed us which items in our basement related to the in-ground water sprinkler system. So many times its like pulling teeth when attempting to find out from other service men why they need to replace a supposedly broken or 'old' item. It was extremely refreshing to find someone like Adam who not only explained the whats and whys, but was just downright honest. We wish we had found him sooner and definitely will use him again in the future!

I called Adam this afternoon with some questions about water filtration after I received a call from Home Depot about their "free test". He answered my questions and offered honest, frank advice in an unrushed manner. While I may not be at a point where I would spend the money at my current house, he would be my FIRST choice in my next place. A decent guy who wasn't looking to sell me, just consult me with his experience and let me make my decision. We need more guys like him out there.

Adam did an excellent job. He was very responsive in scheduling an appt to fix our softener as soon as possible, and very knowledgable when he did arrive. He quickly determined the problem, and recommended a new softener, advising us that the softener we had really wasn't designed for well water, nor for the level of hardness we were dealing with. The installation was quick and easy, and he took the time to explain what he did and why, as well as how the softener worked. After running through the initial cycle, he discovered that our ejector pump was also not working properly (first week in the new house), and after explaining that he could fix that as well, he also recommended a great plumber who could do the job for cheaper. Now that's good customer service. I highly recommend Adam's Water Treatment. He is very friendly, knowledgable, and down-to-earth, and has a good way of explaining things to people. Great company.

Adam was on time and first tried to repair my 15 year old system. He quickly determined that the cost would be prohibitive and that a new system would be better. He suggested a simpler one tank system versus the older two tank system that I originally had explaining the one tank system would be less troublesome. We set an appointment and Adam was on time and with an assistant set up the new water softener. They both were courteous and cleaned up the area and removed the old system. Then they explained how to operate the new system and the terms of the warranty. Overall a very positive experience and I recommend them highly.

Adam came to my house to fix my softener as it was not working properly. He did a terrific job. He fixed the problem in about 15 minutes, explained what he did, answered all of my questions and gave me the Angie's list discount. I will recommend his service to anyone that would ask; I was completely satisfied with his work, his price, and friendly business approach.
