Adam is always easy to talk to on the phone and it was easy to set up an appointment. Jason came on time, was knowledgeable about my equipment and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Everything works again. I asked maintenance questions, all of which Jason happily and thoroughly answered. We've used Adam's before and are happy to continue doing so.

Adam called me back same day, was at my house the next day to evaluate the problem and was done 1 day later. He is personable, neat and charged a fair price. Besides fixing the problem with my chlorinator, he changed the filters and membrane in my reverse osmosis system. Quick, efficient, and responsive, I will definitely hire him again. And I recommend him to everyone in the northwest suburbs.

Adam and John were great. Adam did a water test and explained my options for a replacement water softener. They were right on time, very friendly, and took the time to answer my questions and ensure I understood everything. I picked them over another local provider because the other seemed rushed when he came to my house. When I had the work scheduled, John was right on time, very efficient and left my house clean. We noticed almost immediately that our water quality improved. I would highly recommend and if I ever need service I will call Adam again.

John and Jason were right on time, explained the work to be performed, and confirmed the agreed-upon price before starting. They were very professional, but also very nice guys. This company has low overhead so they can afford to bring in quality people and still be easy on the pocketbook. They also did a bit of re-plumbing and removed an older water filter that some con man sold and us did not install properly. And they did this for no extra charge - amazing! Would highly recommend, very pleased.

This is the kind of professionalism and courtesy you'd like to see whenever you need anything done. I did call a well known competitor first and there is no comparison in manner or price. If you need a softener you should give Adam a call.
