I called Adam because of the other good reviews he has gotten here and those reviews were accurate. I called him on a Sunday afternoon and he was actually able to stop by about 1 hour later, within the time window he gave. He serviced the water softener, cleaned/greased some parts and only replaced one part which went bad. He did not try to replace more than was needed. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions on operation of the water softener and even questions on my water heater and plumbing in general too. Very polite, friendly and professional. I plan to call him again for annual service on my water softener. I plan to call him in the future if/when I need a new water softener or water heater; both of which he says can still last for years to come. I would certainly recommend him to anyone reading this review.

I am relatively new to well water. My water became very rusty and I called Adam and one other company to learn how my system works and get estimates to fix the problem. The popular vendor somewhat explained how things worked and tried to sell me a very expensive softener. On the other hand, Adam came out and explained exactly what everything did - even the mystery third tank I had, which the other vendor couldn't explain. I did in fact need a new softener, but not a $1700 one. My iron filter also needed some new parts. He came back the next day to do the work and was done in four hours. Everything was left clean and he explained how my new softener worked. The best part of working with Adam is that he is as friendly as they come. He's not a pushy salesperson and he's also the one doing the work. I can only wish every contractor is as friendly, honest, and does as good of a job as he does. No doubt I will use him again when necessary.

Adam arrived and installed everything in about 6 hours. He was polite and happy, smiling all the time. When we peeked in and asked questions he answered everything happily. We went with Adam because not only does he sell the job - he's the one doing it. So many times the salesman does the sale, and then the tech comes out for the install and then tells you there's add-ons for extra pipes, etc.

I had an excellent experience with Adam's Water Treatment. I called Adam on Friday, he scheduled an appointment to analyze our water on Saturday morning, and then he installed the system on Sunday. He was extremely knowledgable about the water in the area, having been in the business for over twenty years. In fact, he had installed the original water softener in our recently purchased home when it was built while working for another company. I was completely impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and punctuality. Prior to talking to working with Adam, I had quotes from two other companies and both left me wanting to talk to someone else. I did a lot of research to learn more about water softeners so that I could try to compare products from different companies. When talking to Adam, he was able to answer the questions I had prior to me even asking them. His prices were reasonable as compared to the other quotes that I had received and the quality of his product is excellent. He provides top-of-the-line features (electronic metering valves, 10% cross-linked resin) as a part of his standard product build. I have and will recommend Adam's Water Treatment to anyone in need of a water softener or filtration system.

Adam is a very thorough service provider. He patiently explains to his clients what he is doing and why. As he produced test results for our water systems he made very specific recommendations of the multiple alternatives we can pursue for optimization going forward. Of course one potential solution is to utilize his services, but Adam does no high pressure selling -- he lets his performance and the relationships he builds with his clients do the selling for him. We plan to utilize his recommendations with our other vendors in the near term and to bring Adam in as our situation changes in the future.
