Adam was great. He is courteous and professional and knew how to fix our problem right away when we described it.

He cleaned the water softner and changed the valve. The machine is working fine now. Our computerized valve broke so he recommend to change to a manual one, which is cheaper and also does the job.

Adam is not only the friendliest gut to work with, he is so prompt and responsive. We called him a few times on weekends with things we wanted him to look at and he came right over at no charge. Now that's service! You really get a feeling of trust when working with him.

I have had many services provided at my homes and This by far was the neatest I have seen anything done at my home. All materials were removed and all was clean THANK YOU.

Adam was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. He came out and gave us a free quote. We had already received a quote from another company and the prices were the same so we knew he was honest about it. We chose Adam because we saw all the great reviews on Angie's List which made us more confident in his ability. One day after the free quote he was back to do the repair, it took him less time than he expected (30 min instead of an hour) and he left everything neat and tidy and put back together. I have called Adam for quotes on other water related things as well and he has been very very helpful. He is honest and efficient and I would recommend him to anyone. I even called him with a problem he could not fix for me but gladly advised me where to go and who I should call.

terWe purchased a foreclosed home and completely replaced the plumbing. Adam arrived at the house before I did and was let in by the construction crew. By the time I arrived, he had done a water test and was writing up an estimate. He showed me several options, but led me to the most cost-effective one. In fact, I was considering a reverse-osmosis filtration system, but Adam showed me my water test results and explained why that wouldn't be necessary. That evening I discussed the estimate with my wife and notified Adam the next day. He installed an excellent water softener within a few days and explained it to me and answered my questions. Adam is punctual, professional, honest, and friendly. For the quality of water softener we got, have no idea if the price is good or not. But I feel like it's a real value, so I guess that's all that matters.

First, I would recommend Adam just because he is such a nice, honest person and so easy to work with. Second, his method of explaining the problem and the various options completely eliminates any concern about being sold something you don't really need. (I've become a bit cynical about previous "name brand" companies.) Adam explained everything related to each option, gave us a written quote for the various possibilities - and then left, with the understanding that we'd call him when we had made our decision on what to do. There was absolutely NO pressure. Best of all, we took his suggestion on which option (NOT the most expensive, by the way) and the outcome was perfect - far better than I thought was possible.

Excellent. Proposal was made on a Friday, installation was completed on following Monday.

We really enjoyed working with Adam. He came out and gave us a quote, then was able to promptly come back to perform the service. He worked most of the afternoon and by the evening the problem was fixed and the system installed. The odors in our water were gone by that evening. He also did a great job of helping us understand how to take care of the system in the future. I would definitely recommend Adam and use him again!!

>On 5/6/13, called for estimate, I put a message on voice mail. I received a call back with in 15 minutes. Adam was in the neighborhood and stopped by for testing my well water, providing education and an estimate for rebuilt unit. What an incredibly helpful guy Adam is! Firstly he helped to temporarily remedy a problem over the phone. Then he diagnosed a completely broken water softener & filtration system. He got his plumber to fit replacements the following day. Brilliant!

Adam's did a great job. I won't hesitate to call them back for any service they provide. I had been using a different company. Over the past few years their service has gone down to the point where I was trying to fix it myself. I decided to try Adam's and I super glad I did. He fixed everything up, explained everything clearly and in fine detail until I had no more questions. Everything in my water system is working great again. He even checked my RO system to see if I needed a new membrane instead of just saying it was due for replacement. It's still working fine. No need for a new one.

I find Adam to be very honest, punctual, and friendly. He could have easily up-sold me on additional filtration or a computer controlled cycle, but he did not. He quoted me for a computer controlled water softer as well as a timer controlled one, but went on to explain why the computer control probably isn't the best choice for our particular situation. He also explained his water assessment and was quite open about what filters and conditioners can and can not do. He explained the pros and cons of reverse osmosis to me. Although the potential to sell me a system existed, he once again looked at our particular situation and water conditions and steered me away. This is not to say that computer controlled softening and reverse osmosis filtration are not appropriate in many cases -- but Adam was honest enough to explain to me why they were not appropriate for my wife and I. I appreciate that.

Adam did the job he said he was going to do which is more than I can say for another company that I first used from Angie's List. He told me if the system leaked to give him a call and he would be right out to check it out. "But", he said, "it won't leak." It didn't. I might call hinn anyway just to thank him again for bringing pure drinking water into my home again.

Excellent! Adam was great!! Very comfortable having him in our home. He was timely, installed our new water Softner with a complete explanation of what he was doing and why so we would understand everything.

Adam knew the water softener type I had and told me what part was suspected to be bad. He gave me a price for the job and after my approval he replaced the defective part. He said that the next day the water should be soft after the softener cycled that night. The next day I had another company check my water when they were over to give me a quote for a chlorine filter and they found the water was still hard. I called Adam and he came very soon after that and found out the reason they found the hard water was because the soft water had not gotten through the system where they collected it. He let the water run and then checked the hardness. It was only hardness of 1 which is considered soft water. He explained everything in detail as to how the softener worked and is overall very knowledgeable in all things water. Overall, I found Adam to be very courteous, knowledgeable, and expedient!

My husband and I needed a new water softeener and we needed it quickly. From the start of the project to completion it was a real pleasure to work with Adam and his plumber. I called Adam and he returned my call that very day to make the initial appointment. Adam arrived on time for the appointment and proceeded check my water with his test kit. He then reviewed the best softener solutions for my needs and I never felt as if he was pressing me to choose one or another. I purchased the water softener of my choice and added an RO drinking water system. The installation went very smoothly, the plumber was on time and easy to work with, and I was extremely pleased with the final results. Bottom line: I would not hesitate to recommend Adam to family or friends! He is truly a pleasure to work with!

I had had a plumber out for an unrelated installation and asked him to take a look at it for me while he was here. He spent some time with it but couldn't get it to work for me. The plumber told me that he wasn't a water softener expert and suggested I call someone who was. So I went to Angie's List and read Adam's excellent reviews. I called him and luckily he was in the area and agreed to stop right over. He came within 20-30 minutes of my call and was able to quickly get it all up and running for me. Our prior house was on Lake Michigan water so I was unfamiliar with water softeners. Adam walked me through it all and showed me the various components and explained how it all worked. He was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and very honest. He didn't try to sell me on anything additional or push more services than were necessary. I will definitely be calling Adam with any future needs!

I was very impressed with Adam's knowledge. He went out of his way to explain the components to me; how they worked, what preventative steps I need to take. He thoroughly tested my water and my treatment system and determined that the softener was working well and needed nothing done to it; rather the hot water tank was so old that it was rusting and causing the iron staining in sinks, toilets, etc. He also determined that my untreated water had very little iron in it and I did not need to buy the rust out pellets. End result was no costs to repair or replace water treatment system; save money on buying the right type of salt and he gave me a recommendation for a plumber to replace my hot water tank. I would highly recommend Adam and will use him for any future water treatment service.

Adam was very knowledgeable and professional. He discussed in detail my options and provided good recommendations on cost/performance tradeoffs. After evaluating his advice in light of my 20+ years experience with much more expensive national brand water treatment products, it was a very easy decision to purchase from Adam. He was able to install the new units two days later. Overall, it was a great experience and I couldn't be more satisfied with the price and the quality of the job. I can recommend Adam without reservation.

Adam analyzed our current situation and recommended three ways we could solve the problem. I appreciate that he tries to show you how you can improve your system utilizing existing equipment (minimizing cost) as one of the options. For each option, Adam provided a diagram showing the step by step flow of water through the system. This is very helpful to the novice homeowner and demonstrates that Adam's not just a sales guy - he's an experienced expert in his field. All of the work was completed within the timeframe planned for the project (about 1/2 day). They are very respectful and did all they could to minimize disruption to our day. The work area was clean when they left and they hauled away all the old equipment we replaced. Adam is very responsive when we have to call with follow up questions or if an open item needs to be addressed. Bottom line - Adam does what he says he is going to do. The system is installed and working great. We are looking forward to working with Adam in the coming years as we maintain our new system.

Our water pressure began dropping on Saturday and Adam came out on Sunday morning to help evaluate if the water softener had anything to do with it. He diagnosed it as a well problem but also confirmed my suspicion that our 20 year old softener was not functioning as it should. He did not charge me for the visit, left me with prices for both refurbishing and replacing our softener and left. The well issues were resolved the next day by the company he recommended and I called him at noon to schedule a replacement for the softener. He arrived at 2:15 and was done in an hour. Everything was done neatly, professionally and I will definitely use him again for water related items.
