Description of Work: We just moved into a home with a well. We knew the water treatment equipment had been neglected and needed to get someone to inspect and perform overdue maintenance (7 years) and not try to sell us a new system. Adam was absolutely great to work with. He performed a water test to get a baseline of the iron and water hardness. He then went thru and explained in great detail our entire system and answered all my questions. He ended up repacking our charcoal and resin containers and returned the next day to install and test them. While he had the units apart, he cleaned and greased the valves and associated mechanical parts. I would definitely recommend him over one of those big water treatment companies that will only work on their equipment and will of course sell you there equipment if you don't have it already. It's only been a couple days, but the water quality is significantly better because the water treatment equipment is actually working effectively now.

Description of Work: I am so glad we called Adam. We moved into a home with a private well. The water was hard and there was significant rust staining on fixtures, sinks, and tubs. Being new to well water, we had a lot of questions. After receiving conflicting information and quotes from two other companies, we decided to call Adam. Adam came out the same day and spent significant time testing our water and explaining the options. He even retested the water in front of me after I mentioned the conflicting results from the previous estimates. Adam explained our water had iron bacteria and we would need to chlorinate the well to eliminate the bacteria. Unlike the other company who wanted to sell us a $3600 system right away to address the bacteria, Adam explained we could first perform the chlorination ourselves or have a well company do it for $200 to see if it eliminates the bacteria. We decided to have Adam install our softener, which he did two days later. After installation, we noticed a drop in water pressure in our bathroom sinks. Adam drove over an hour to investigate and discovered restricted flow aerators were installed on the sinks and suggested we swap them to increase the pressure. After leaving, he showed back up and installed two new aerators at no charge! Great service!!!! I highly recommend Adam to anyone in search of water treatment systems!

He also saved us from investing in unnecessary equipment that other companies were trying to convince us that we needed. This company should be your one and only choice for your water treatment needs.

Description of Work: Adam provided me with an estimate of the water treatment system as I have my own well (there was no water treatment system when I bought the house). He showed up on time, performed all the tests and provided me with a couple of estimates depending on my desire of a good and better water treatment solution. His estimate (in comparison to others) was affordable and he was able to install it within a few days. Even during the estimate he walked me through the whole process of water treatment and answered all my questions as I was new to it. He informed me of what I truly needed and what was just "nice to have". In comparison, other companies (i.e. Angel's) provided me with top-notch solutions that I truly didn't need and explained that it was a village requirement that I install it (later I found out that wasn't the case). All in all, Adam came over a couple of days later, installed the system and walked me through the instructions. He was very professional, he left the place spotless. I am very satisfied with the service provided.
