Layed cloths on granite counter top before he sat anything on them, put drops on floor when working under the sink, cleaned up better than anyone else that worked on the remodel. He showed up on time, took my phone calls, and am more then pleased with the quality of work he did for me. Will always use his service in the future. Embrich Plumbing is a 'class act' when it comes to the plumbing business,
Description of Work: I used Embrich plumbing for my kitchen remodel, and was very, very pleased with his work. Delano ordered the sink and faucet, replaced all water and drain lines, hooked up appliances, installed a sink and faucet. And might I mention, not one leak. YOO HOO And, worked well with the general contractor..

 + -1 moreThere ARE Superheroes in this world and Embrich Plumbing has 'em. I was outta luck with a broken water pipe gushing water in a crawlspace under my house and two other comp[anies wouldn't even go in the crawlspace. The Embrich employee, Kent, (I hesitate to name him because I believe he exeplifies all of the Embrich folks) craqwled in and a few minutes later had crawled back out after identifying the problem and several other problems that were about to be disasters. He was straightforward and campassionate and estimated the job cost. I agreed to to cost and he jumped back in and promptly began to work. It took a bit to fix the problem but he and his assistant were diligent and thorough and the problem pipe was fixed, the remaining problems were identified and my water was turned back on...and NO GUSHERS! I was explained the remaining problems and agreed to the cost and the schedule was set for the work to be done. They were back when they said they would be and went to work putting a permanent fix to my disaster. I placed my problems in their hands and they didn't let me down. They are my go-to guys as long as I live in this area.
Description of Work: I had a main water line crack and was gushing water under the house. We live in a ranch house with a crawlspace.It was noticed by the water dept before we noticed it. Opening up the crawlspace was an eye opener...seven inches of water covering the entire floor of the crawl space (dirt...now mud!!). I called Rotorooter and they came out and refused to do any work until the water was drained...go get a pump they said. Then call us back. Did that...drained it and called Terry's Plumbing. They wouldn't have anything to do with the problem for a week until all the water was gone and the dirt floor was dry. Enter Embrich Plumbing...they dived in and solved the problem by patching the leak and looking and finmding other problems...a lot of other problems. A broken main sewer line and several other pipes about shot.The two exemplary employees from Embrich Plumbing found and fixed a problem that could have been disastrous to my house and extremely disruptive to my family. They spotted the other likely problems and came up with a game plan and fair price. I was expecting a higher price and was pleased to pay their price. I put half down and will pay the rest on job completion.

 + -1 moreI bought a water softener and whole house filter during one of the holiday sales at the local home improvement store. I am a novice at plumbing, so I called Embrich Plumbing out to give me a quote to install the two appliances. The initial quote was too high for my budget. When decided to just have the shutoff moved, Embrich was very professional and gave me a quote for it. I scheduled the work with their secretary and they came out as planned. The plumber was very nice, even giving me some tips on how to do things when I install my water softener and whole house filter. If I have any troubles with the install, I will definitely call them up to finish the job.

 + -1 moreThey called back right away when I called them and came out within a day or two and gave me a estimate he kept me posted on the day they were coming. The estimate was the final price no extras.
Description of Work: I had a backflow preventer put in and they did a great job! This is a stopper that stops the city from backing up in my basement. It happen twice and I decided that was enough!! It is like a flapper it will let mind out but nothing back in!

Description of Work: We had a sewer line collapse in our yard and called Embrich Plumbing out to re-route the main lines inside the house and tie them into the city sewer lines outside the house. In addition, they replaced the vent stack for our plumbing with one that was the correct size and replaced all the drainage pipes for the sinks and tubs in our house.

 + -1 moreHe developed a creative solution for my problems. He engaged a subcontractor to bore a pipeline through my hill, avoiding deep trenching and damage to tree roots. He got licensed to do business in the City of St. Louis just for me. He added a backflow interrupter to satisfy MSD. I gave him a 5% tip, because I was so happy with the results.
Description of Work: He created an accessory storm pipeline that would drain my driveway if the city storm sewer system was unable to handle the volume of water during a heavy downpour.
