Sent multiple pictures to Nicolas with a variety of issues that needed taken care of along with a brief explanation of what was needed. He sent me a quote and scheduled me expeditiously. He showed up on time, kept me informed regarding what was going on, did things that I hadn't even said needed done. He saw it, it was simple fix on the wall and he took care of it. Beyond professional and will definitely be hiring him again to take care of more work when I'm ready for that to be completed. I've already referred him out to two friends! "Project was to take 3 to 4 days, it took 8 days worked approximately 4 hours per day. Project started 11/6/24 provider "finished" on 11/19/24. Floor covered with caked drywall, mud and paint. Paint on my kitchen and utilty room floor which is next to the bedroom being repaired. I can see tape and mud through the paint, missing and unattached baseboards, smoke detector was not installed, windows and door frames are not acceptable no where close to how they were attached before the work started, gaps at the light switch and plug face plates. Paint on the closet floor. I can see the tape on Ceiling through the paint. I had to pay to have them dispose of the removed drywall. A shovel was used against my floor to remove the drywall since the floor is caked with drywall and paint,I have no way to know if there is any damage to my laminate floors."
