Does not know the first thing about welding. He said he could do the job but did not know that the post edges need to be grinded down smooth as well as the base plate in order to have a level binding surface. The birds nest beading he did was not a sustainable weld and certainly would have come apart if anyone leaned on the handrail. I will never make this mistake again hiring this person again.
