Refrigerator was fixed for less than 24 hours and stopped working. Since Monday (7/15), called multiple times. Finally tech came in today afternoon. Based on our talk with the tech, who is actually the owner from what we understood, it seems like they are having manpower issues and hence they are backed up in meeting up with all the tickets they have open for servicing. Hope they get this resolved soon as it definitely made our experience quite painful."
