Description of Work: On time. Professional and very courtesious of time and home. Payment arrangement was agreed mutually without hesitation. Modern equiptment used and we were included in findings and explained about potential issues that were going to be needed in the future. Very impressed and happy to have made decision to employ baker and sons for our plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They came in to fix a non-draining dish washer. Tim was prompt, professional, expert in fact, and helped us both address the extant problem but also helped us plan future fixes (which I'll report on as they go). | |The only glitch is they're pricey, especially in their estimate cost (which they'll refund if they do the work). However, they aren't so pricey as to stop me from avilaing myself of their services. | |Overall, an "A". | |Bigger projects planned -- will inform as they progress.

Description of Work: Entire kitchen sink drain pipes and faucet replaced. At a later date, by mutual agreement, undersink disposal replaced.
