"Pro showed up two hours later than originally scheduled, an hour later than they request we change it to, 30 min later than they told me the day of. Showed up at 1, left at 2:15 because they “forgot their mop.” Didn’t finish any task. A couple days later, we’ve realized that multiple packets of marijuana edibles are missing. They forgot their broom, duster, and mop bucket and never came back, then marked the job as complete."

"Well , I would give it a zero star if I could. We scheduled an appointment after we spoke with one of the representatives at our local fall festival. He seemed great and we are in the market for replacing our windows and siding. We scheduled the appointment for Saturday at one PM. They called on Friday and verified the appointment for the following day. One o'clock came and went and at one thirty I called the business and was transferred to an answering service. The third party answering service was great and she took down our name and information verified our contact number, email, and address and said they would forward it onto the company and someone would be in touch. Two days later and no contact. The company was a no call no show for the appointment that they had verified the day before! Zero professionalism, respect, or regard for potential clients with a decent sized job! Grateful we dodged that nightmare before it started!"
