Handy House Cleaning

Pro showed up two hours later than originally scheduled, an hour later than they request we change it to, 30 min later than they told me the day of. Showed up at 1, left at 2:15 because they “forgot their mop.” Didn’t finish any task. A couple days later, we’ve realized that multiple packets of marijuana edibles are missing. They forgot their broom, duster, and mop bucket and never came back, then marked the job as complete.

Everything went well.

The 2 professionals did a wonderful job cleaning my home. They were great and I would have them again!

Handy was scheduled to clean my house. I specified I needed the work to be scheduled/completed by the end of the week to meet my deadline. They ensured me they would be able to get the work done and scheduled a 4 hours time slot for me. The day came and I received a notification at the scheduled time that the cleaning professional was unavailable and they would reschedule the cleaning. I called and made sure they understood my situation. They again assured me the next time slot would work out and everything was going to work out. The scheduled day came and again I received the notification my professional was unavailable. I will not be requesting services from Handy again.

really great. 1st rep had to cancel due to family emergency & they were very professional for my rescheduling options. Plus he personally texted me!! Then my 2nd rep Goerge Hipp was liked so well that I had him back a 2nd time 2 weeks later and I really am happy I choose Handy. George even hauled 2 bags of crystals for water softener down stairs and dumped them in. If anybody was running late they ALWAYS let me know.

The installers were on time, friendly and got the job done in the quoted time frame

For my daughter’s Mother’s Day gift I wanted to set up a weekly housecleaning services for a year through Handy.com since then they have rescheduled five times and have never shown. I am not a happy camper customer. For something that was to make life easier it has made things worse.

I was very disheartened to see the lack of providers and the lack of experience of the providers in my area.

It was easy to book, they gave me a time and it worked. We have used them again.

It was easy, and he was on time. No problems.

She was on time and did a great job.

The service was prompt and the work was done correctly.
