Description of Work: Phone calls always went to voicemail. They took their time getting back to me. Once we scheduled the work, they never showed up and I missed another appointment waiting for them to show. Avoid these guys, regardless of their advertised price.

Description of Work: I bought window washing on one of those specials as it said it was good for 6 months. They got back to me and I said I didn't want the windows washed until the end of September but I would let them know. I tried to set up some times in September and October and then November. At some time they called and said they were having trouble with the Angie's list web site. I was not home to get the message but called back on what was his cell phone and proposed a date. No response. Then I sent an email through the company's web site and left another 2 messeges on his cell phone tying to confirm the date. When I did not hear back from them I called Angies list and asked them to refund my money which they did. After that the guy called again and said the problem was with Angies list. I told him I had left 3 cellphone messages and sent an email to the company so that was not true. I washed the windows and screens myself.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters, power washed "part" of the soffits. They promised to come back the next AM between 9:00&11:00 to clean around the front entry and soffit but never came back.

Description of Work: We have never received their service. I had to contact them by email 2 times and then call to make sure that they had the right address, which they did not since they had not seen my email. After making my call to them "Corey" answered and said that they were far behind in service for the day due to the weather-understandable since it had rained for 2 days previously. Then we had snow. We have not heard from them since. Lack of communications and also a prepaid service.

Description of Work: I could not get them to return over 10 calls and an email. Very disappointing.

Description of Work: Washed all interior and exterior surfaces including integral storm windows. Some difficulty getting an appointment time, but very satisfied with results. They were responsive to my calls and followed through with agreed work.

Description of Work: Weather problems caused considerable delays and rescheduling. That notwithstanding, the work was first-rate and the team was excellent. Owner/Manager Corey Roser was very responsive to our needs and delivered a great result. We're very happy with Paneless and expect to use them again.

Description of Work: I asked Cory, with paneless for a bid twice and they never showed up, and I never heard anything from them. I would NOT use, or recommend paneless window cleaning.

Description of Work: I took off for punctuality only because they were late the first day, and delayed in scheduling a time to return and finish the job. The employee was unable to complete the cleaning of the exterior windows due to the weather, but promised to come back and complete the job. He wouldn't accept full payment until the job was done to my satisfaction. True to their word, Paneless came back on a nicer day to complete the job, although as I mentioned previously, there was a delay in getting back to me to schedule a time to finish the exterior windows. Over all however, my husband and I were happy with the way our windows turned out, and would recommend their services!
