Paneless Window Cleaning and Professional Services

Never heard from them to perform the service and would like my money back

Buyer beware! This vendor did not remove the leaves they got out ot the gutters. When I questioned what I assumed was an oversight, I was told that the Angie's list deal did not include disposal of the leaves-because the deal didn't specifically refer to disposal of the leaves. In all the years I've had my gutters cleaned by a variety of vendors, none of whom specifically promised to dispose of the leaves...they ALL disposed of the leaves and cleaned up after themselves...until Paneless. For me, this made them PainFULL and I would never use them again.

It was not worth the price because they dumped all the dirt out of the gutters right behind the house. It wasn't that great. They were in and out in 10 minutes and they dumped all the garbage behind the house -- all the garbage left on the ground they didn't clean up at all. So it was not good. The price was way to high, for ten minutes, it was way too high.

Not good. I have tried to contact them with no answer. I just want the work done properly. I want what I paid for. I did not get it and will probably have to clean the downspouts myself.

Paneless Window Cleaning was supposed to clean our gutters. We were never contacted directly to schedule an appointment. A message was sent to Angies List, which I never check. I contacted Corey at Paneless Window Cleaning and only ever received voicemail. I made 5 phone calls and was never contacted. I sent an email to them directly and received an email back telling me that they were scheduling us for Tuesday the 22nd of December even though I told him in my email that we would not be in town after the 21st. They do not contact you directly to schedule service. They send you an email telling you when they are going to conduct the service. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will be seeking a refund of my money that was paid in November.

They called before snow before Thanksgiving to schedule on a Friday, but it snowed. There was no rescheduling. I have called now three times without a call back, message on my machine, or acknowledgement of my calls.

It went alright. It was reasonable. Punctuality is important to me. They didn't come out on the right date. Then, they were late when we made another date. They should be here on time when they promise to come.

The gutters are clean but the vendor blew the leaves out of the gutters, and did not pick up and dispose of them. That resulted in a lot of dirty leaves being thrown against my neighbors' houses, dirtying their siding, which they did not appreciate. When I questioned the vendor about not picking up the leaves, he said that wasn't part of the Angie's List deal. I have my gutters cleaned every year and I've never seen a vendor specify that their price included disposal of the leaves. Buyer beware! I wouldn't use this company again.

Please provide refund, as company does not contact those who purchase services from them, despite providing dates of potential service (as requested).

After voicing my complaint with Angie's list, this company did follow through and complete the job. Gutters cleaned !

I purchased the service through Angie's List on 11/18/15. I sent them 3 dates to perform the service as they requested. I have never heard from them. I have called 4 times and still have not heard from them. I have requested a refund and will use a different company.

The provider cleaned out the gutters on four sides of the house.

No Services were completed...I want a refund please.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The owner of the company called me back immediately to set the appointment and it was done the following week. They arrived on time and did the job. There were no extra charges for anything. I was very happy.

They arrived exactly when they said they would, did a thorough job, were professional, and even fixed a jammed window for free. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Did a great job, very professional, went above and beyond to make us happy. Would definitely use again!

Still debree in gutter and one downspout is clogged

Very satisfied with the service. Did a wonderful job and love the results. With older windows (with wavy glass), it can be challenging, but the job was very well done. Thanks!!

The men were very pleasant to deal with, cleaned the windows and screens, inside and out. It was a problem that sometimes when the sun shone on some windows later it was apparent that there was smearing and we did some additional cleaning. They do offer to come back, but we didn't ask them. Also, the deck was stained so late in the season and late on a windy day that the stain wasn't dry the next day and there was a lot of plant material, leaves etc. stuck in the stain. We were able to get most of it off later. I think they had a lot going on at the time. After the first coat of stain was applied they and we didn't like the color, so they voluntarily suggested getting a second color and applying that. We liked that better. They did say they would be back in the spring to check on its condition, but I haven't heard from them, but I haven't called them. I would recommend not doing the staining under those particular conditions. The house really needed the washing and they did a good job of getting the mildew off. I would use them again.

I met this young man at another business that I was at and he told me he had this business. I know his dad and thought I would give him and his brother a try. The weather always plays a big part when having outside work done, and the appointment was canceled and changed by them. They did arrive when they said at the re-schedule and performed the work that I needed done. Make sure they stick to the quote they give you. I may or may not use them again. Not sure!

He was really good he came out the same day and gave me an estimate, the price was reasonable. What he quoted me was what he charged me.

I puchased a voucher for Paneless Window Cleaning from Amazon/Living Social in September of 2012. I contacted Paneless Window Cleaing to schedule a day and time for my windows to be cleaned. The female scheduler was very friendy and accomodating. However, on 3 separate occassions Paneless called the morning of the scheduled appointment and each rescheduled appointment to cancel because their staff were sick or some other excuse. This went on until about 2 weeks prior to the 2012 Christmas holiday. At that time I informed them that I would have to reschedule after the Holidays. In February 2013, I called to reschedule a date for window Cleaning (a service that I previously paid for) No reply. In March 2013, I called Paneless on 3 separate occasions with in a 2 week period requesting a window cleaning appointment. As of 3/18/2013 still no reply from Paneless. I have now requested a full refund from Amazon local services

I will be using Paneless to have my windows cleaned next spring. My wife is amazed at how clean and CLEAR our windows are now. We have cleaned them ourselves in years past, but health problems made it necessary to find someone to do them this year. I am very pleased with the quality of their work.

They arrived at the appointment time and went right to work. Removed all the screens, cleaned window frame and windows inside and out. My windows look brand new when they were finished. I will keep this company in mind as seasons change to insure clean windows at my house. Very pleased with the result.
