Description of Work: Purchased a 2 story gutter cleaning, they never called to set appointment, tried to call no answer, no reply

Description of Work: This service was never provided, and the company is not responding to my repeated communications. The service was gutter cleaning, purchased last fall. They did show up, but claimed they were short staffed so they could not providing the cleaning. We reschedule, but they did not show. Then they claimed that it was too late in the year for gutter cleaning because the gutters would be frozen. | |When spring arrived there was no follow up from the company. I had to contact them. We scheduled another date, but they did not show. No explanation or follow up from the company. Now they aren't even answering my communications. | |I've spent a lot of time chasing the company since last fall. Not once has the company initiated any communications with me, and how they aren't even responding. | |I would like to have my payment refunded.

Description of Work: this was a special for cleaning gutters. I paid them and they never came out and wont call me back. Angies List people don't seem to be able to do anything either. I'm not going to get anymore specials because I won't use angies list

Description of Work: They arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the work quickly. Debris removed from the gutters was cleaned up before they left.

Description of Work: He communicated prior and arrived on time. My gutters were cleaned but the company advertises they take all the "debris and junk" with them and they didn't. It was left on ground around the house.

Description of Work: Very professional demeanor. Had to leave during cleaning and they were rushed to cover as many clients as possible before snowfall. Not sure if I received the full service paid for or not, but the gutters were clean!

Description of Work: Although they were a little late in responding, they did an excellent job. Actually, I couldn't confirm the quality of the work for a while because we hit a dry spell. However, the gutters are clear and everything is fine. I am pleased with their work and would use them again/recommend them to someone who needs their gutters cleared of debris.
