It went really well! We just moved into the area and it became apparent that this house has a pest problem. I called Ready Pest Control in the morning and a very knowledgable technician arrived within 2 hours to treat the house. When I called to schedule treatment, the lady who answered the phone was SO friendly. She explained exactly how the treatments work, and was very clear about costs and treatment plans. The technician was great and very helpful with preventative ideas.

They’ve been good to work with. All of the products they use are safe and organic, which is good for inside the home.

The service has been pretty good overall. They’ve been agreeable, show up when they say they will, and ask if I need anything particular done, which I appreciate.

The technician was a clean-cut, neatly dressed young man - very polite, personable,seemed very knowledgeable and wore booties in the house so he wouldn't track in. He was the best technician I have had in 26 years of having pest control companies in my home. The price was much better than the large pest control companies - was more than Aerex, but when Aerex came out they couldn't reach the wasp nest - did not have extension pole. Also, Aerex was not honest on the phone and wasted my time for an appointment when they could not help me.
