We had to reschedule the gutter cleaning due to snow fall over weekend. Kim, the scheduler was very accommodating and easy to deal with via email and phone. The young man who did the gutters was professional and pleasant. Didn't leave any mess for us to follow up with. We originally had planned on window cleaning too, but will reschedule in the spring. would use this company again.

Scheduling the window cleaning service was very easy. The price was very fair. Kim reconfirmed the scheduled time to make sure there were no unanticipated conflicts. The person performing the work arrived on-time. They were in company attire and neat. The work was completed as requested. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Very well overall. The technician worked very hard to provide full coverage. There were some scheduling issuess due to the work location - residence on my end, but dealt with very professionaly by the office management. (Not at Beloit address, but 20 minutes away)

The two servicemen arrived on time (actually a bit early), and went right to work. Their appearance and demeanor were professional. They had the right equipment and supplies and did an excellent job. The next time I need window services I will use them again.

The company was very agreeable in adjusting the day of the service when I had to cancel due to a conflict. Windows were cleaned and look great.

He showed up on time, cleaned all the inside surfaces 1st! He also cleaned the screens when he could. He then went outside and cleaned those windows, where he did a great job. I live in a very rural area and my outside surfaces were very dirty. We also have a lot of birds fly into our windows and leave a mess. He was very pleasant, neat and professional. I will probably use them again!

Nate was very quiet and great at cleaning the windows. He even removed some scratched window tint on a large pane of glass that I had given up on in the past. I thought I was going to have to replace the window. Nothing like letting a pro do the job right. I have two welsh corgis and they weren't fazed a bit by him. They did try to climb in his van though. I would definitely recommend this provider to anyone.

When I bought the service one year ago, I asked that they hold the service until the following spring. Kim Carlson was great and freely agreed to my request. Spring 2015 came and we were still not ready and she was still as kind and understanding to put the service off until August 2015. The two young men who did my windows (both named Nick) were polite and represented the company extremely well. I had a special request and they understood it and complied with it. The work was done neatly and well. I was very pleased and will use them for this service again. I can 100% recommend them to anybody needing this service.

The service was prompt and very professional. The office was in contact frequently and was very pleasant to deal with. We added on services onsite (deciding to have windowsills and screens cleaned in addition to the windows) The quality is just OK. Many streaks on the windows, and the window sills were wiped, but not really cleaned. We shouldn't have paid the extra money for that. There are still bugs and gunk in the corners that I will have to go back and clean out. The team that was onsite was very courteous, and working to schedule with Kim was an outstanding experience

The two gentlemen that came to do the work did the inside/outside washing of my windows. They wiped down the screens as well. When they first entered my home, they removed their shoes! They saw my rug with other shoes on it and paid attention to the fact that I don't like shoes being worn in my home. That to me spoke volumes. When each window was complete, they locked them, which I thought again, was very perceptive. One of the gentlemen went back to each window and inspected them prior to leaving - very impressed!!!!

These guys are good. They responded to our request for an estimate right away. We have about 45 windows and the cost was reasonable at $198. They came on the appointed day, right on time. When they were done, the windows looked brand new. Some of them hadn't been cleaned for a couple years. They also dusted the screens and cleaned out crud that was in the window space. I was amazed at how nice it looked. I would definitely use these guys again. High quality work, great customer relations, fair price. You can't get better than that.

Two me came and did an excellent job -- I have used them before and will continue to have our windows cleaned twice a year. In the fall we do inside and out, in the spring only outside.

They were VERY professional, extremely thurough and responsive.

It worked out pretty well. We had some hiccups of getting them scheduled and they attempted to reschedule and things like. It all worked out well in the long run. They do it by the number of surfaces which was part of what was misleading about the Angie's list posting. There is information that the vendor sent after the deal was purchased which clarified that however they just did not provide that on the website so it dramatically changed the scope of what they were able to accomplish. When I followed up with them to clarify these items they were responsive again when they tried to cancel last minute after I had taken out all the screens because it is another part of prepping the house. They were good and top of things. They were good to work with when did push back about doing the right thing. They were pretty much of half hour of when expected. What they did they did great. It was still a good value to us may be not clearly not as good as a value as we originally thought so my original understand would have placed that value at an A. The value that once accurately described I would put at a B. I am overall pleased.

They went over an above to get this completed (out of season for them) in preparation for my housewarming party. They did a great job.

They did a good job, and they were professional. When it began to rain, they offered to come back on a better date. They wouldn't have had to do that, but they wanted the job to be done right. Nick, the supervisor, was easy to deal with. I would definitely hire them again.

There was a little difficulty in scheduling the cleaning, I am guessing due to the rain, but the staff was very apologetic and courteous. The cleaner did a thorough and efficient job. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth. I will use them again.

The young man showed up and was ready to work. I didn't know exactly how they charged for the job and he explained it to me until I fully understood. I appreciated the fact that he didn't make me feel uneasy and was polite and professional. Each side of the window is considered a surface and charged accordingly. The fee is fair and also the fee for cleaning the screen windows were also. Therefore, I had him do the screens also. He didn't rush and took his time making sure that the windows and window sills were cleaned. He did a great job! I highly recommend this company and would use them again!

they were prompt and they were all business. they did all the cleaning in 90 minutes and left no mess inside or outside of the house. the windows were beautiful when they left.

Excellent service. We took advantage of Norwegian Squeegee's $99 Angie's List special. We had many more window surfaces than the special covered, plus 18 screens, and they provided an instant quote for the extra work. The young man who performed the service (my wife couldn't remember his name) was very polite and professional. He spent nearly 3-1/2 hours doing his job, which included a lot of ladder work, as we have a two story home with a partially exposed basement and vaulted living room Our windows are sparkling clean inside and out, our casement window screens are lint free and both windows and screens are nearly invisible! Communication through the entire process, from scheduling to job completion, was first rate. I heartily recommend Norwegian Squeegee.
