Just Awesome. From start to finish. Knowledgeable people, great salesman ready to answer my questions, excellent workers, super follow-up. Roofs by Rodger removed my old roof and installed a new ( 1900sq ranch ). The salesman ( Greg ) came to my house multiple times to talk to me about my roof and options. Their estimate was very professional and more importantly matched the bill. There was a ton of rotten wood they had to replace. They were ready to work at 7 AM, pushed hard till 7 PM, and to my surprise got it all done in one day. WOW The new roof looks amazing. The workers were very friendly. Their clean-up ( which is very important to me ) was way better than i expected. With that much work, tear off, and wood replacement that fast, i have found 3 nails.... That's incredible!!!!! I do a lot of yard work and I have been looking. The roof also comes with a lifetime, 1 time transferable, warranty which tells me they really stand behind the work that is done. I recommend Roofs by Rodger to everyone. Their not the cheapest in the book but you definitely get what you pay for. Since the roof has been done; 2 huge branches have hit it, we have had 50mph winds, and a very rainy stormy spring. The roof looks perfect still.

They did a really good job, and cleaned up after their work. They were careful during the course of their work. I would recommend them to anybody.

Roofs By Rodger were pressuring me not to do the repair. They said the repair was not in my best interest, that it would look aesthetically bad on the roof, and they really wanted me to go ahead with the full replacement.

Great salesman...just wasn't happy with the scheduling. We were up against Winter and I was just too anxious to wait another week and probably miss our window. Job completed by Ridgeline Roofing.

The roofers were very polite and hard workers. We don't see people very often who work this hard and seem to enjoy what they are doing.

He repaired a roof. I had another company trying to find a leak over 6 months. They came over and found the leak in one day. They provide an excellent service. The price was excellent. They were very reasonable. They were professional. His name was Joe. The first time they saw the roof - they said "We know what is wrong." They were fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone and I will definitely use them again!

Quote was professionally presented, complete with a list of clients and a copy of their license. I was favorably impressed with what I saw, but we ended up going with a less expensive bid.

the workers did an excellent job very professional. They did an excellent job in protecting and cleaning up during the job. I was really Wimpressed in the clean up i think i found one nail after the cleanup. Which i thought was very good with a complete tear off.

They started by tearing off the old roof and putting things in a dumpster. They had tarps over my bushes and other areas where pieces of old roof and nails could fall. They worked quickly and were finished by the end of the day, including the cleanup. One of their final steps for cleanup was to run a metal detector over the yard to make sure they got all of the nails. This was especially important to me so that my dogs didn't step on any nails. The dumpster was picked up a couple of days later. Six months later, a wind storm pulled loose a gutter that ran across the roof. I called them, and they were out the same day to re-secure it to the roof. They did a good job and stood behind their work.

Greg listened to our needs, answered all our questions, matched a competitor's bid, kept in touch with us, and finished the work as we were told that it would be. We are very pleased with the overall experience and the final product.

Excellent service. While this was NOT the lowest price of three estimates, Rick was the ONLY estimator to suggest filing an insurance claim and then assisted with the process. The resulting settlement, in our opinion, then made his bid the least expensive. Also, he offered a greater range of products and services, plus interaction and support on color selection. Communication and scheduling of the job was excellent; the work crew was prompt, skilled, and courteous; the final clean-up and disposal were even better than expected.

They got us an estimate quite quickly and it was reasonable, so that plus the reviews here made us decide to go with them. All interactionas were very professional and they were really good about communicating with us. I was especially impressed when the crew worked until after dark one night to make sure we wouldn't be affected by a rainstorm predicted for that night. They were very apologetic about not being able to fully clean up that night and every other night everything was amazingly well cleaned up. We now have a gorgeous new roof, etc., and are very happy. We would definitely recommend Roger to our friends.

The salesman was polite and friendly. He gave me a estimate and didn't keep calling me. I told him I would review over the weekend and let him know one way or another. My son was there while they put on the roof. I was out of town with an ill family member. My son said they were polite and professional.

I had shingles and flats so they waited untill they do everything at once. They put down tarps to catch all the roofing nails and stuff from the roof. (I found very little after they were done). They worked about 12 hours the first day and were done by 1 the following afternoon. all the workers were respectfull and worked very hard. This was a horrible summer to be on a roof and I would recomend these guys to anyone!

I had my roof replaced by your company at the end of march (Invoice #745) and had a mostly pleasant experience. I had gotten a bid from you a few years earlier and was impressed by Greg and your company; when I was ready for a roof replacement this year, I remembered the experience, got several estimates, and chose yours. You even gave me a discount on this year's estimate after I asked for one. When I met with Greg after the job was done, I showed him photos. I shared my concern that the mortar between the bricks for the fireplace was missing in sections as a result of the job. The sealant that now replaces the mortar is unevenly disbursed and in some places is missing altogether. Greg said you would take a look at the roof yourself and inspect the job. After some time had passed, I expected to hear from Greg again and did not. I called him a few more times to check if you had been on the roof and he said you had not. Subsequently, I discovered that the shingles on the little area in the carport had not been replaced. Greg said we had not discussed this when the bid was made. That is true. We both missed it. I asked him to come take a look at this section and reminded him that I still needed an answer on the missing mortar. Update as of September 8, 2012: Thank you for addressing the concerns contained within my letter. I appreciate that on August 14, the shingles were replaced on the storage area in the car port and gaps between the bricks of the fireplace filled. It means a lot to me. And I will share my experiences honestly whenever anyone needs a new roof. I recommended you to friends. Don't know if they went with you, but they were impressed when I told them that you recycle everything.

The job was fantastic from start to finish. The crew was professional and polite. They worked hard and kept me informed as they went along. They cleaned up well. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone in the area needing a new roof.

It was excellent, it was great and I give them an A rating. His price was average and thats fine. We wont chop him for the cheapest price because we wanted a roof that wasn't bad.

They did great job...were extremely efficent and fast. Lowest bidder of 8 companies we got estimates from. Really good job cleaning up...no problems to date. Would use them again. A lot cheaper than others and used the same material as the others just for a more reasonable price.

Workers were professional ac, no B.s, short lunch, worked from 7 AM to 4 PM cleaned up work area, removed protection from shavers, etc remover roll-off great job!.

Excellent work they arrived on time. went to work quickly and finished in one day. Friendly crew, crew was professional wl any smoking and music playing.

They arrived at 7:00am-worked all day and finished by 7 pm. They cleaned up before leaving and wanted cash when finished.

They were very reliable. It took them a few visits to fix the roof, but there was no charge after the first visit. We were happy with them.
