They did not do anything wrong. They were so good. They put cardboard on the ground when they had to walk on the path so that they don?t dig their feet in out garden. They cleaned up perfectly. They took evergreens out. They went down and got the roots as well. They were very polite with me and with each other. They were all business. They all respected each other.

Overall the job went very good. Everything was done fine. Their price was fair. They were neither high nor were they low. They were just right. I would surely use their services again in the future.

They had a fully qualified arborist to come out and take a look at all the trees. They were very good, and the work was all done easily and professionally. They had guys who got into the tree and did the trimming. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I thought they did a good job but we had 2 issues. I told the arborist that we were part of Angie's List so that we could take advantage of the discount that they were offering. When we got the bill, the discount wasn't applied. I did get it fixed and got the discount applied. However, the local office wasn't communicating with the headquarters so I continued to receive notices that I still owed money, which I didn't. Then, when the men were here to do the trimming, the arborist didn't appear on the scene. I thought that for the amount of money I'm paying that the arborist should have been on the site or communicated with me in some way.

They were good. Everything about them was fine. They were great in coming out and giving an estimate and doing the job. I have recommended them to others.

We asked them to look over all the trees on our lot and provide an estimate on any required maintenance. Their quote was fantastic, they detailed all our trees and recommended maintenance along with pricing. Their prices were higher than most arborists and their tree removal was significantly higher. We went with them for everything aside from large dead tree removal. They came on time and were very professional and clean.

Excellent. They were timely in getting and estimate and did an excellent job of pruning, The trees looked great and the price was very competitive. We will definitely use them again!!

Arborist Bill Mareno came to our house, and promptly issued a bid for our project. We had two other bids, each of which was higher--one of them outrageously higher. He was quick to respond to phone calls and e-mails, knowing that we were on a construction timeline. He made sure our work was done promptly so as not to hold up other tradespeople. He even responded to my e-mails while he was on vacation! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Care of Trees. And Bill Mareno is an asset to this company.

The work was done to my satisfaction, and in a prompt manner.

B. Haney followed up, set up an appointment with their rep Mark. Mark called to confirm, but never showed. I'm sure with the weather, the tree biz is crazy. But, a no show is just bad form. Schedule appointments when you are already off so you are not wasting your time.

they did great work, unbeatable price. only complaint is they took a long time to complete the job and didn't call to provide any updates while I waited weeks for the job to be done.

Excellent all around - reasonable pricing, professional service. I'm a repeat customer and will use Haney every year to keep our trees trimmed.

We weren't here, they said they would trim the tree during the winter when it was freezing so disease wouldn't affect the tree. We weren't here when it was time to trim the tree, they came and did it and all was in great condition when we got home.

Whenever I have called them to have the arborist take care of something, they are very repsonsive and come out right away. When they spray they are very conscious of making sure they let you know they have been here so you should not let the dog out until the treatment has dried. The arborist is very smart. I did have a billing quaestion within the last month and I spoke with the office manager and she said she would get back with me and she called me back within a few hours with the answer.

Overall, everything turned out very well. The tree is still standing and we have had a few storms.

They were professional and let us know when they could come and do the job without any problems.

We never did anything with them. We liked the fact that they came out for free. The person was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We would recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment for a consultation/cost estimate for the work. Art Davis arrived as scheduled within a couple of days and provided an arborists insights to the trees in my yard. We discussed the services, including ideal pruning and trimming and his thoughts on what should be done. He provided a quote on site, which was in line with other quotes we received, and discussed all of the details, including a two week scheduling lag. Once scheduled, the crew showed up promptly and made sure all of our questions were answered. They started work right away and were very quick and careful not to damage anything with falling branches. The yard was cleaned up well and they were on their way within 3.5 hours.

I called them on 3/22/2010 and Bill came out on 3/24 to do proposal. Workers came on 3/31/2010 and did part of job, then finished on 4/2/2010. Bill was very professional and helped me decide where to make the cuts. Workers were professional, friendly and did a good job.

I called the Care of trees because I had some insect problems with some of my trees. They came out and explained to me the different problems with my trees. They also recommended compost tea to boost the health of my plants. They have been very friendly and very thorough. I have signed up for them to come again this spring. They are a bit expensive, but I have been pleased with their services and I think my trees will grow better now that they're taken better care of.

They do a great job with the work and they are excellent.
