They are very professional and punctual. They know what they are doing and are qualified Arborists.

The tree fertilization will be an ongoing process. The salesman who came out was very thorough and patient, explaining a lot and also wasn't pushy. Overall it was a good experience.

I've used them before and would recommend them. They always clean up really nice, which I like. They are respectful of neighbors as well as the property they are working on.

They have a good tree guy, Charlie, who really seems to know all the ins and outs of things. One of the things that I really like is that he doesn't over recommend things & has actually told me that I don't need something done when I thought that I needed to have it done , which I appreciate. They have a nice crew too, and have the same guy come out to do the spraying who is very pleasant, professional, neat and personable.

We were in the end pleased, but if they could have gotten out sooner in the Spring, it would have been better. We'll use them again next year for another treatment.

They come out and do their work very well. We will continue to use them in the future.

They are very honest because they missed one of three feedings last year and let us know this & didn't charge us for that feeding. Because we had no way of knowing, I felt that this was very honest of them. The cost is about what it costs for the year of using them.

When they came to get rid of the stumps, he didn't bring the right size machine. This ended up causing damage to our garden. But the rest of the experience was very positive. They did everything they said they would and did it well. The gentleman who came out to put together the proposal, was terrific. They are also fair about putting together a payment plan to work with you.

Overall it was a good experience. I would use them again.

I was particularly impressed with how careful they are with large tree removal. I felt they were reasonably priced for the work they did.

When they came to check out the tree and do the estimate, they came on time and they were very professional. They explained why one thing would be better than another. They gave us an estimate. It was a good price. We had the tree taken down and nothing got messed up. They cleaned up very well. They came back afterward and got rid of the stump. I have recommended them to half a dozen people over time. In fact, I think they have taken down three trees in my neighborhood because I gave their name.

Art Davis came to provide an estimate and came at a scheduled time so that I could meet with him and ask a few questions. He was punctual, professional, and friendly and took a little time to explain what needed to be done and why. He also took some time to give me a bit of basic tree education (I didn't even know what the trees on our property were). He quoted me a price which was just a bit above his competitors, but very close. (His attitude was what won me over, not the price.) Art told me that it would be 1-2 weeks after I accepted the bid before they could schedule the job. They actually came three weeks later, but Art called the day before to let me know they would be coming. They did an excellent job, and the trees look great. They were quick and professional and cleaned up after themselves with care. The lawn was immaculate when they left - I believe it was cleaner than when they started. They removed the small sapling from a difficult area without any damage or marks. Overall I was very pleased with their work and would use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

As described, they showed up, removed the brush and left quickly. 20 minutes start to finish.

They performed the work on a timely basis and did an excellent job. They cleaned up all of the branches and debris, so you wouldn't even know that they had been there working. They followed-up with a phone call to make sure that I was satisfied with their work. I will definitely use them again.

They are very knowledgeable about trees, much more so than other services we looked at. They did a good job. It was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be.

We have used them since then for fertilization and we've had them out to trim the trees again. They were the most reasonable estimate that we received, some of the other companies we called wanted approximately three times more than Care of Trees.

Received quote and modified quote within a few days. They called the day before they came (which helped to notify our neighbors). Had everything completed and cleaned up in a few hours. Came back a couple of days later to remove the stump, as they had already told us. Great company to deal with.

They did a great job. Everything looks good, and I think they take their time to trim the right places, not just cutting everything off. They have an arborist on staff so we trust them to do it right.

I called this company to perform some landscaping work. I called this company because they are listed on Angie's list as a "landscaping" company. I explained to a rude lady on the phone my job to be done and she informed me that they are a tree company, not a landscaping company.

Very well - after I called the office, the estimator came out very soon, and understood our 'tree removal' needs. He scheduled the service, and the crew made quick work of all the trees. My only concern (and this is why they got a B on quality) was I found a few deceased birds around the yard in the next week or so. My only conclusion is there were bird nests in the trees they took down, and I wish they could have somehow relocated the nests.
