Vance came on time. I explained the problem that I had, & he went right to work!! He gave me some info for the future & assured me that if I had the same problem, he personally would come back & fix it!! I am soooooooo glad that I called Rose Pest Solutions!!!! I pay them for the season. It doesn't matter how many times I have them come out. They always send the same person so he has a real good idea of where everything is and how big of a house we have and what problems we've had before. He makes sure that the problems don't come back.
Description of Work: I use Rose Pest Solutions to spray the inside and outside of the house quarterly. They also come out anytime with no charge if I call with a problem. I had termites and the guy kept coming out to spray and check it.

It’s been a good experience. Our technician is a very nice guy. They do quarterly check ups and if we need them for something else, they come out and do it. They are good at honoring their contract.

They came on time used "green" insecticide to rid the ants, centipedes and silver fish.
Description of Work: Being in a townhome setting, there is always an issue with "creatures" migrating from other units. I have used Rose Exterminators in the past and have always been very happy with their service. And once again they performed above standard for the industry.

They are reasonable in cost. They do good work and they will come back out if there are any problems. Each time we have the same guy that comes out and I love him! I would recommend this company.

My interaction with them was good. I thought the technician was very knowledgeable. He was on time and he seemed to do a thorough job. I think they are a little pricey, but other than that they did a great job. I would use them again in the future.

It was good and they were very thorough. They just came out for their third inspection, which was their second quarterly inspection, and there were no signs of activity, so they are doing their job. I was happy and would use them again.
Description of Work: They came and checked for and mice and set traps. They came back a second time as a free follow up when there was more activity and the bait ran out.

The technician arrived promptly each visit. Explained his work, thoroughly inspected the house including the attic & basement. He explained what he was doing and the habits of mice & other vermin. Luckily I had no mice but he continued to check periodically as agreed.
Description of Work: Checked the house for mice & set bait which would kill the mice, came back 3 times to check the bait. Checked for other infestation outside of the house.

GARY, OUR PEST GUY, IS THE BEST!!! HE IS SO FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING HE IS GOING TO AND ANY RISKS INVOLVED. I DIDN'T WANT TO DO ANY SPRAYING IN THE HOUSE, SO HE GAVE ME PLENTY OF TIPS TO PREVENT INSECTS FROM GETTING IN. HE GAVE GOOD ADVISE ABOUT HOW COMMON IT IS TO SEE ANTS INSIDE THIS TIME OF YEAR. HE CONCLUDED THE ANTS WERE NOT NESTING INSIDE. HOWEVER WE FELT LIKE HE WAS TOO PUSHY AS FAR AS SELLING US AN ANNUAL PROGRAM. IT WAS LIKE HE WAS NOT LEAVING UNTIL WE SIGNED UP FOR IT.
