Description of Work: They spent approximately 15 minutes here, he walked around the house and sprayed some stuff. He said he didn't' see anything wrong. I didn't think it was fair, $99 for 15 minutes. I suggest that nobody use the service. I didn't see the value in the special and I don't feel it was a good deal.

Description of Work: I bought the annual preventative treatment package. This was the first visit. They were very good about explaining the process. Before leaving he showed me everything that was done, interior spot treat, exterior barrier and mouse traps in garage. Answered all of my questions (I had lots). Very courteous. I'm so glad I did this. Wish I did it sooner.

Description of Work: We had another company spray around the house quarterly for a year. We were still infested with ants. I saw an advertisement for Rose at a very good price and I took it. A Rose employe came out, told us what he would do and if we were not satisfied he would come back. We haven't needed to ask him to come back.

In the ten years I've worked for [member name removed], I've seen hundreds of termite situations and the cost can be pretty overwhelming for homeowners when they learn that a termite infestation isn't covered by homeowner's insurance. Rest assured, our prices are VERY competitive with the other guys out there. We monitor where we stand with that sort of thing every year.
