Description of Work: Kleen Sweep did a great job checking out our chimney. We needed more work done and he gave us a fair price. They also helped to determine that previous work we had done for us was the biggest cause of the of the leaking. Great job!!!

They were actually ahead of schedule that day and called to see if they could come earlier which worked out perfectly. They were very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend them to others and use again in the future.

Description of Work: In all honesty, I felt like I was ripped off on the pricing and services that were accomplished. After I purchased this, I noticed that every other provided in the local area was charging 70% less than what I paid. I still moved forward thinking maybe I'll get a better value. I was mistaken. The technicians that came were professional, but advised they are unable to clean ½ the vents in my home because they are stained to the hardwood floor. I would of at least expected them to contact there management team to discuss the situation and to possibility offer partial compensation for services that were NOT done but already paid for. Very disappoint and would of expected more coming from an Angie's list provider.

Description of Work: We contracted to have our air ducts cleaned. In addition to cleaning the air ducts they also cleaned our furnace free of charge. While checking our furnace they caught a problem that we had previously had fixed by someone else. We have them scheduled this weekend to fix this problem. We had a great experience and as you can are already having them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned out the dryer vent, but also, without me knowing it, they looked in the other outside vent, and found a birds nest. I'm not sure if they checked that vent by accident, thinking it was the dryer vent, or what. Anyway, I had to pay them more to clean out the other vent.

Description of Work: Tuckpointed furnace chimney. With fireplace chimney, he repaired a hole in the vinyl siding near the top where water was getting in and sealed up the bottom.

Description of Work: They came to clean the vent to the dryer. It was taking two hours to clean my jeans.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak in my chimney by installing a chimney cap and damper. The chimney top damper came with a remote chain opener. They also did a complete cleaning and vacuuming. They took pictures outside and inside with a camera to look for any additional repairs.
