Just in Time Pool & Spa Service

Took awhile - busy season -

They knew the tricks of cleaning up a yukky pool in one day. They were efficent. Only surprise was the bill was alittle higher than expected.

Just In Time was great! The tech was up to date with the technical inners of the spa and knew within seconds what the issue was. He fixed it "on the spot" in minimal time. He was great with my children, clean, personable and very reasonable. I'd call again if an issue arose. Thanks Mike!

He called the night before confirming he would be there between 10 and 2 to fix our pool heater. We got a call at 9:45 that morning - he had already been there, done the work, and left the bill in the door!!!! The repair cost $409.00!!!! We have no idea how long he was there or what he did to fix the heater. We would never have paid that price. We asked why he didn't ring the bell, he said he did but no one answered. We were both up and would have heard it. Besides that, he could have called on his cell phone - as he did after he did the job. Never heard of such unprofessional behavior - please avoid them if you can.

They were reliable and fair - a little expensive as you have to pay $95.00 just to come out but they got my heater working but now I can't turn it off, just keep it on the lowest setting.

They did not tell me exactly when they were coming. But they showed up early, were polite and got right to work. The repair man explained things to me while working. He was able to figure out that I had a faulty wire and narrow it down to which one and replace it. Also gave me some future tips and things to watch for as the heater gets older. They did not give me an appointment for 2 weeks. They showed up when promised and fixed the leak. The next day I noticed it was still leaking and called them back. Even though I had paid them for the repair they could not get back to me for a week. That should be tomorrow it is after 7:00m pm and I have not heard from them yet. Meanwhile I am loosing $30.00 a day in water loss. These poeple have you at their mercy and don't seem to care! They showed up on the date promised but were not prepared. They had to borrow my goggles to try and properly repair the same leak. Next day still leaking. They are useles. I would rate no stars if possible.

He was very knowledgeable and explain the pros and cons of the pool. also said if we had questions don't hesitate to call anytime and leave a message if no one answers. gave me tips and a list of items needed to maintain the pool. And let me to call and they would walk me through any procedures if necessary.

They were very nice very business like and got the job done!

Very nice while there, however, after opening up the pool, I was told to drain 12 inches of water out so they could come back and replace the jet and two gaskets. I called the next day, and was told they could not come back out to finish the job for more than 2 weeks. I can't have this pool pump not running for two weeks. I wanted to get the pool cleaned as well, but can't do that without the pump running. I am not a happy customer.

They were prompt and courteous and seemed to know their business very well. I have a leak in the line, but will not be able to analyze this until Spring. I will definitely be calling them back.
