Just in Time Pool & Spa Service

The technician that worked on our above ground pool, I believe her name is AJ, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She thoroughly inspected all of our equipment and managed to get our pool filtration system running better than it has in years (we tried several other pool services before JIT). When we eventually needed a replacement pump, she did a wonderful job installing the new one and we have had no problems since!

I called summer of last year about my pool heater, the man came out inspected the pool heater, explained what was wrong, and fixed the problem. this year called again about the pool heater, the man came out told me what the problem was didn't have the supplies, he came back again later in the week and fixed the problem. I will always use Just In Time Pool & Spa Services. They come to my house in a timely manner and are reasonably priced.

I have used these guys several times over the last few years, anything from heater repair to leak detection to a new liner. They are very good and have done an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Just in time opened my pool and drained within 6 inches from the bottom even though I told them not to go more than halfway. It partially collapsed. They said they would repair it, then sent one guy to dig out the pool, he said it was way too big a job for him to do. They then said they needed to wait until the rainy season was over. They said to wait till they close the pool and they would fix it. They sent out two guys that said they could not fix it, and if they closed the pool it would probably collapse from the cover weight before spring. I have a string of texts that say they will fix the damage they caused, and that they will call me to schedule. They have not. This can go on and on, but just want the public to know that this company was recommended by another company that needs to be watched. I now need to hire an attorney to get my pool repaired.

Very unreliable they do not call you back I paid for an hour service they were here for 10 minutes very unhappy please do not use them The problem was never fixed not even a callback for pricing to fix it

Leave this job to the professionals. Just in time does not take notes on your pool and never have the same person come out. Pools are all unique in their own way. Get someone closer to home so you can get prompt service.

He was on time, found the problem right away. Replace the parts, cleaned up. Took 45 minutes. Very nice young man. Reasonable prices. Explained everything to me.

Great when finally done. Took almost 8 weeks to get them here though.

The experience was awful. The pool opening service kept being delayed and the guy who came hardly did anything (put the chlorine after removing the pool cover and cleaning the leaves) just to tell me that he would send someone the next day to start the filter. No one came. I called them and they told me that they might have someone the following day, but they were not sure. I got tired of this company for not being *JUST ON TIME*.

Almost immediate response to my inquiry. Excellent follow up on my appointment. Finally, found a company that acts like they appreciate your business.

This company SUCKS! Came out and looked at my hot tub- found problem and said Katie would call back with price of repairs. Never heard from them. After 4 days and 4 messages, a called another repair company.

TERRIBLE!! They do shoddy work and when you try to have it fixed, they make appointments that they do not keep and then quit answering their phone. They NEVER call back. They never call to cancel apts. VERY UNRELIABLE. BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Did a fine job installing my new heater and adding a by-pass, so I could bypass water flowing through the heater when the heater wasn't being used. Cost was a bit high, but the quality of their work was very good. The installer was very knowledgeable and took time to explain some things to me about the heater and pool chemicals I wasn't aware of. Good company!

Good work but a bit pricy.

They were prompt & came back to fix the problem without any additional charge. I will definitely recommend to anybody to use them.
