Description of Work: Greg showed up right when he said he would. He went right to the water heater and showed me why my heater was headed for the great beyond! He disconnected the water heater and got it emptied (after a little fight to move the washer and dryer out of the way). He had the new one set up and working in no time. He showed me all the features and gave me instructions on how often to drain it and what that all entailed. He did some last minute fixes, put my washer and dryer back in place and we got down to the paperwork end. I called 4 places last night and Greg was the first one to call me back. I was so impressed with his explanation of the product and his knowledge of the industry that I didn't even return the one call I did get. So Thank You, Greg and GO WHITE SOX!!!

Description of Work: We had an ongoing problem with our kitchen sink periodically backing up. He was able to identify the cause of the problem (drqinage pipes in basement did not have sufficient decline angle for appropriate flow) and fix it in a reasoable amount of time and cost. I would use them again.
