Terry King was great. He let me know when he arrived, what he was going to do, when he was done, and when is his next return . Terry was very personable and friendly and did not just 'run off' without notice when he was done like our prior pest company.

Today was my call back service, which consisted of dewebbing my house while applying a light dust product to the eaves, windows, and around the lights. This product will help limit any insects from coming in. Terry applied treatment to your interior cracks and crevices. Finally, Terry applied a liquid barrier to the perimeter of my house, three feet up and three feet out from the foundation of my house. Please allow for liquid product to dry before letting out any pets. While going around my house Terry was also looking for any possible entry points for rodents. Terry did not find any at this time.

Great customer service and explained everything in clear laymans terms. Couldn't be happier with the service he provided! Went very well. Very dedicated technician that was interested in both working hard for his company AND satisfy his customers. Kevin was very polite and wanted to ensure that we were satisfied with his work. We will evaluate the overall results of the treatment, but if that goes as anticipated, I would highly recommend Insight and Kevin specifically to my friends and neighbors.

I have tried at least five, if not more, pestextermination services in the 20+ years I've been in this house. NEVER have I had anyone as thorough or professional (or personable) as the technician sent by Insight, Terry King. He spent well over an hour here, making sure he covered all the bases. He did so and more, removing the numerous spider webs missed by a service I had tried just two weeks prior AND 7 additional wasp's nests (highly doubtful they formed to the size they were in just two weeks time!). If future service remains at this caliber, I believe my search for a pest solution service I can stick with is over!

The technician, Kevin, sprayed around the perimeter of my house, filled holes where rodents could access the house, and cleaned cobwebs from around the outside of the house. He did an excellent job! He was very professional, punctual, and through. I have used another provider for quarterly extermination services, and Insight Pest Solutions seems to do a much better job. They are a little more expensive than the other service provide that I had, but I am certain I will get better results. Would highly recommend them.

The technician arrived on schedule and showed me a short video explaining Insight Pest Solutions and what I should expect from them. He was very professional, and proceeded to inspect my home, both inside and out. He applied pest control products as needed. I was pleased with his thoroughness.

Terry did a wonderful job. He was professional and personable. He explained each step of the process and went above and beyond my expectations. He not only treated our space for spiders, he removed and webs while he was working. I will request him to do our service in the future!

He did a thorough assessment for where issues were and treated accordingly. He was professional in answering all my questions and very respective of areas (pond) where chemical could have been an issue. Application of treatment was done. It was interesting to see where I had some significant ant issues and didn't know about it. I look forward to seeing how effective this is but am confident it will make a huge improvement.

They were friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to know their stuff. They had me sign up for a service contract where they will provide the same service on a quarterly basis. The contract was sent to me email address immediately. It seemed like a well run organization.

Kevin was on time and very cooperative throughout the process. Have throughly perform the spray and explain the process very well. They do gurantee the work however I have purchased set of 4 treatment over the year for 114 each time to completely eliminate bugs from and outside house. So far treatment to is working and like Kevin said ants and other bugs coming out and get killed. Will see how it goes over time since the real effect will be shown after couple of weeks.

He was extremely open about what the treatment entailed and assured us that the treatment was pet friendly. He was prompt to ask us of any specific problem areas and treated them appropriately. Technician was Kevin and he was very punctual. He was professional in his appearance and detailed while describing the treatments that were to be provided. He took his time with the treatment and discussed and explained every step and what to expect in the coming days and what future services would consist of. He offered suggestions of how to prevent future pest issues. Very impressed with the quality of the service!

The technician, Terry King, was very polite and professional. He fully explained what the service was about and how frequently Insight would be back to treat the house (quarterly). Several times reminded me that if I had any issues with pests between treatments to give them a call and they would come back free of charge to address the issue. Terry cleaned up all cobwebs on the outside of the house. Treated by the front door and patio doors. Entire process took approximately 40 minutes.

Terry King and the sales rep did an excellent job explaining the product and ensuring this would eliminate all problems.

Curran asked many questions to make sure he took care of all our concerns - he even found things to treat that we hadn't noticed yet, like the wasp nests

Kevin came to our house a few minutes early which is great since I have to leave right after the service treatment. He greeted me and held his hand towards my dog to greet him. That greeting made my dog comfortable with him. He showed me a video which answered 50% of my questions. He then answered the rest of my questions. It is obvious from his clear answers that he is very knowledgeable about his work. He then proceeded to apply the pest control treatment inside the house. I mentioned several problem spots to him. He took extra care of those spots and informed me of what he did. His work is clean and thorough. He then worked outside the house - de-webbing eaves and applying products to the garage/perimeter of the house. I am very happy to work with Insight Pest Solutions and their technician, Kevin Houlihan.
