This is the second time Terry King was our service technician and I can't say good enough things about him and the company. He was very thorough and extremely friendly and personable. I highly recommend him.

It went very well. insight had been out before and I didn't notice a decrease in bug activity, but maybe it was just because they sprayed and disturbed their "homes". So I easily rescheduled a follow up. The phone scheduling was very easy, friendly and there was no reluctance to ccome back out. Well, Terry King ended up coming to my home as the technician and he was not only did he know his bug "stuff", Terry was extremely outgoing and friendly. Terry picked up on my east coast accent and it went form there. Thank you Terry for your excellent service! I really appreciate it! Please note, Terry called me when he was running late from another appointment which kept me updated on his arrival time.

Tech was funny, thorough, and punctual. Would definitely recommend requesting Terry King if you're looking to have a great and personable tech come out. My kids kept interrupting him and he was very funny with them.

Great. T, my technician, is the same guy that always shows up. It's nice because I know that it's actually Insight that's at my door, and not some scammer. He remembers me and my family and makes sure that were all doing well. The treatments themselves are pet/kid friendly and are very effective.

I called these people on March 31st and setup an appointment for April 4th with some guy, I don't remember what his name was. I took a day off from work to sit at home waiting for the exterminator to show up and no one came. After the appointment window I was checking my email and found that someone named Sheronda sent me a notice for a scheduled appointment on April 10th. I called back the next day and talked to a lady who found no record of my original phone conversation and appointment... she insisted that I had a conversation with Sheronda on April 3rd and set the appointment for April 10th. This was very irritating because I know that wasn't true. I asked to cancel the appointment and she transferred me over to someone else. Again the same situation, this guy initially found no record and told me the same thing. After I insisted that his records were wrong, he investigated the situation and found that I did call on March 31st and talked with someone whose initials were JDH, but he didn't know who that was. He tried to get me to reschedule the appointment, but I wasn't about to take another day off of work to sit here and wait for these people again. They finally cancelled the appointment.

Excellent! Dylan took the time to listen to our concerns and was very deliberate and methodical in treating the inside issues and explaining everything he was doing. I like the fact that they try to avoid using anything that is toxic and poisonous. This was our third quarterly treatment and we have been pleased thus far.

I absolutely love this company. In a previous home we hired Orkin, and although we got carbon copy checklists of what was performed, it wasn't the detailed, personalized notes that this company provides. Although this particular time we had no wasp activity (it's winter), Insight consistently came over the summer to promptly respond to my inquiries regarding new/recurrent wasps. Even the manager called me to verify that activity had ceased! This round, our service technician, Kevin Hanlihan, left a very detailed account of the service he performed. It's much appreciated!

Our Serviceman, Terry King, was terrific, thorough and friendly. The only thing I need to call the company back about is the internal spray dries on hardwood floors and leaves a wet mark. (Easily wipes off and doesn't damage the floors but is an extra step)

Terry came from quite a distance and was still nearly on time. He called to give a heads up that he was nearby and would be there soon. He explained what he was going to be doing and the method in which he would do it with. He got right to work, not wasting our time.

We have been using Insight Pest Solutions since May 2015. We used to have a horrendous ant problem every spring, but their quarterly service eliminated it. On Wednesday evening, I came home to ants on my kitchen counter. I called the main number in Lombard, only to get a machine. I admit, I was a bit frantic, since ants should not be coming around in October! The message was left around 6:15 PM. At 7:00 AM on Thursday, Insight called to say they were on their way! Terry King arrived around 7:30 and got to work immediately. He explained what he was doing, was thorough, friendly, neat, and professional. He said that this was a no-charge service call, since the quarterly services are guaranteed. Terry also explained that if we ever have troubles in between services, we could call immediately, and Insight would be out to the house just as quickly as it was today. I highly recommend Insight Pest Control, not just for their quarterly commitment, but for their resolution services when problems arise!
