The pest technician was on time for the services on the schedule day. I felt the tech took his time to inquire if there are any persistent problems with pest at our home. He also examined the house, the garage and the outside for any visible signs of pest. Once he had the knowledge of our problems, he assured us that he will use appropriate methods to help us control the pest, especially spiders and ants. The tech explained what to expect in terms of the pest activity in the next 3 days and also if the problem still persist to give him a call so that they can take further action, if needed. All my questions were answered concerning the insects around the block and ways to better deal with it. Since the service was performed today itself, and though it is a bit early to reach to any conclusion, I think the tech performed the service well. I can totally see myself referring his services to friends and family.

Dylan was on time and very professional. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing so that I understood everything. He paid special attention to the areas I was concerned about/seeing insects in. I have not seen results yet because he just came today. I am not worried because the company said they will come back out free of charge if I continue to see insects before 3 months when they come back to spray again.

Technician was prompt, polite, and professional. Answered all my questions. Treated my entire house from top to bottom inside and out for pests. Have dealt with many other national pest control companies in other states and am the most pleased with this company by far.

It was great. He found a bunch of wasp nests outside and was able to knock them down. He told me where he was spraying and why. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

Tech was late, due at 9AM, arrived at 11:14. Stated that customer service called around 10:40 and left message about late arrival but number he called was spouse's. He was very apologetic and committed to letting his team know that even that much lag time was not acceptable. Otherwise he as very professional, personable and worked as efficiently as possible respectful of my tight timeline. Given the way Terry King handled himself and the company's overall value, I would highly recommend Insight Pest Solutions to everyone I know.

My technician Perry was very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and explained everything he was doing. Explained the company policy about service and call backs. Although it was late in he day he took the time to make sure things were done correctly.

Because we were new customers, the technician first showed us a brief video explaining the company and what to expect from them. He then treated all places where water pipes enter or exit the house, as well as all doorways. External treatment included de-webbing, knocking down a small paper wasp nest and treating the area where it was to prevent the wasps' return, a granular treatment in the soil surrounding the house, and the customary spray around the perimeter of the house. The technician appeared to be quite thorough, and the company will send someone out free if pests are found between quarterly treatments. Compared to another nationally recognized company with which I have dealt, this company seems to be more progressive in its methods. My experience during the rest of the year will tell more.
