Description of Work: Removed birds and their nest from the area above our bathroom fan, that had come in from our outside vent. Also, they recommended a second company that came out the same day to repair some issues that were going on with our siding, that had given the birds the opportunity to get in.

Description of Work: Located critter entry points on roof; placed, baited, checked traps daily.

Description of Work: They inspected the house, laid catch and release traps, transported caught trapped ground squirrel.

Description of Work: Trapped and removed about 15 squirrels that were getting in an out of an area of roof that was missing flashing. Recommended and arranged for roof repair. Job went well. My only disappointment was having to pay $55 each to relocate squirrels. | |

Description of Work: Removed two dead rabbits from behind the drywall in my basement. The animals had gained entrance through an uncovered vent in my back yard. Critter Detectives was very prompt and provided excellent service and professionalism. Service was performed in 2014. They charged $55 for each animal removed and $25 for each hole they needed to cut in the drywall to gain access to the animals. There was also a setup fee and a misc charge to do a temporary repair of the cut-out drywall areas. EXCELLENT COMPANY AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

Description of Work: We are still working on getting rid of squirrels. After about 3 weeks & 2 squirrels caught they closed up hole only to hear one that very night. Back to square 1 with trap etc.. It has been a long process. Always able to contact via cell with questions. Just wish that we were done with it by now.

Description of Work: Gave me an honest assessment of what we thought was a skunk problem .. but was not. Knowledgable and professional.

Description of Work: They removed a couple racoons and 4 skunks from our property. It went smoothly.

Description of Work: I heard scrabbling in the attic or roof, and called them to check. They came and threw some mouse poison in the attic, and told me there was evidence of Racoons on the roof. They said they treated them humanely, but that meant trap in a wire cage, then throw the cage in the truck to take away and kill. They put no deterrent on the roof, just kept putting a cage up with bait in it, and said call every time a racoon was trapped. Then they'd come and get it. I had to pay every time one was caught.

Description of Work: caught squirrels living in the eaves of my house. this is the 2nd time I have used them...yes the squirrels returned a few years later. This past winter was difficult for them to get the traps set on my roof often due to snow and freezing. It took about 5 months in all.

Description of Work: We came home from a trip and found a skunk living under our front porch. We tried a few things ourselves and then called Critter Detectives. They came the same day and by the next day the skunk had been caught. We monitored the area for a few days and no more skunk. They called to let us know the trap was set and also when they picked up the skunk. Very professional

Description of Work: Called for an emergency oppossum removal due to my dog mauling it and it would not leave the yard. Although the service was good I though 195.00 was a bit much for what amounted to picking it up and putting it in the trap since the oppossum could barely move.

Description of Work: Very prompt always came when he said he would. Took care of what he needed to. Told me that they couldn't dispose of the critter and he had to go to another place! Took care of the problem!

Description of Work: Workers set traps and removed 4 skunks from under our porch.

Description of Work: Had racoons living under porch. Also had bird nests in 2 holes made in wood siding of house. They placed durable wire screens over the holes until can be patched/painted over and removed the nesting. Only downside is they charge $50 per animal trapped even if it wasn't the intended target. Thus, caught a possom and was charged $50 to let him free.
