Description of Work: I purchased a deal to get 3D basement remodeling plans. I called and made an appt. for Andrew to come out. The day of the appt. I waited until 1/2 hr. after the time and called to find out where he was. He told me that they were backed up and he would not be able to come out that day.. He was very apologetic and we set another date/time but I have to wonder what would have happened had I not called. Andrew made it on time for the next appt. We did a walk-through and I told him what I was thinking. He gave me some good ideas of his own. I then left him alone to draw out his plans. He told me that he would send the 3D plans via email in about a week. Well, I waited for 10 days to 2 weeks but did not receive anything. I called and Andrew told me that they had a lot of work so they were running behind. He promised me the plans w/in a few days and he delivered on time. I have not examined the plans very closely because I am not ready to move forward just yet. However, from the examination I did do, they look good. I also like that no one is applying pressure to get me to move forward. I have not been bothered with phone calls or emails trying to get me to begin the project. The price quoted seems reasonable although I don't have much as a basis of comparison. All in all, before I would begin the project I would definitely get at least one more estimate. However, I would consider using Build by Design. My biggest reservatin at this point is punctuality and timeliness in completing the job.

Description of Work: $99 for 2 hrs of electrical service. I had the individual replace out two switches, perform a safety check, and look at some outside lights that were not working.

Description of Work: We bought an estimate for remodeling our basement as an Angies List special. Representative missed first appointment to see the basement, but rescheduled and made 2nd date. He also missed the scheduled date to review his design, without even a phone call. He eventually emailed us the design and estimate, which was OK.
