They were extremely thorough in making sure all the tree roots were completely rodded out and that a clear line was established. They rodded as closely as possible to the sewer pipe walls to get a complete cleaning of the line, spending a good hour to do the job well. They showed me the roots in a plastic bag at the end. They then cleaned up nicely and left no debris. I had them pour 2 containers of root killer before they closed up the line access cover. They were also very professional and personable. We went to the street to identify which trees were the most likely cause. I called the village to see if they would cover any of the expense, but they said that the sewer line from the home to the street belongs to and is the responsibility of the homeowner. But I'm pleased nevertheless with the excellent work in solving my problem by Joe and his assistant. The guarantee was only for 90 days. It really should have been for a year at a minimum.

They came the next morning. I will use them again in the future.

It went well. A slight delay in arrival but, I was forewarned already. Process was fast, and over in an hour. The guys were great! Nice, personable and answered all questions. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves! The price was more than fair. All in all, It was a positive experience. I will be using them again!

Russ and his team did a great job. The sewer work was done quickly, neatly, and very professionally. He even took the time to move two of the bushes so they wouldn't be destroyed by the sewer work. I could tell that they were doing a good job and using high-quality materials. They managed to do the work, have the city inspect and sign off on the job, and clean-up all in one day. Good job Russ!

I had called Russ Plumbing, which discovered the root ball while scoping out the sewers for the village in the fall. They said they were busy and asked if they could refer the job to All Plumbing. The good news is that the All Plumbing plumbers were happy to take my recommendation not to try to access the drains through the clean-out in the crawl space. Previous plumbers had tried and failed during the years. It is much easier to pull a toilet, and in addition you will succeed. In addition to the drains there were a host of small problems that had accumulated, and they readily took care of all.

Service went as expected, part had to be found, and the installation took longer than expected but hose is replaced and faucet is working correctly

They showed up on time, did a quick evaluation of pipe location, etc. and I left them with access to the spigot and a power cord. When I returned about 6 hours later, they had completed the installation and were running the camera again after fully cleaning the main line. They left me a DVD of the before and after. I now have a competely clear pipe, and I can now easily clean the line from outside (no inside mess) and know that it is completely clear. It wasn't easy to find someone in the area who would provide this service, but I think we got lucky. They did a great job.

They did a fantastic job. They were very professional. They were very easy to work with. They installed an overhead drain system in our basement. They stuck to their time. They took the time to explain everything and tell us what they were doing. They answered all our questions. Their prices were better than the other estimates.

Our sump pump was working non-stop because of saturated ground around the foundation (lots of rain lately!). Found that was also because the main drain was blocked & water was backing up into our basement via the drain in the laundry area! Called & left a message, got call returned in less than ten minutes. Joe finished the job he was on & came right over--less than 15 minutes later. He & his helper cleared the blockage, cleaned up the mess, and left us with a bag of tree roots to show if the village had any questions. Besides that, he determined the tree roots were from the tree in the parkway which meant he would bill the village and not us! Fast, professional service & for free, too! Can't beat that!

All Plumbing was the only one of 5 plumbers I called who would come out the same day (I called on a Friday morning) to get rid of the blockage that was causing my sinks to back up (I think it was from some artichoke leaves I put down the garbage disposal). I talked to Joey on the phone, who said he'd come by as soon as he finished the job he was on. When I called back to say that I think I had fixed the problem with a plunger, he congratulated me, gave me some tips on keeping my garbage disposal from causing problems in the future, and made sure I had his cell phone number in case the problem came back. Half an hour later I called him to say the problem was back, and he said he would be there as soon as he finished the current job. Fifteen minutes later, I got a call from Tony, saying the Joey had been delayed and didn't want me to have to wait to get my problem resolved. So Tony (who I think is one of the owners) and Bart came out. They were polite, very careful about taking off their shoes and spreading tarps before they started working, they worked quickly, and fixed my problem. Nice people who seemed to be concerned with fixing my problem quickly and well. I'd definitely hire them again.

They have bailed me out a number of times already. I know that I can always count on them!

Great! Joe immediately asked if there was a catch basin and found the problem after about 15 minutes of investigating. He understood the problem and made sure all pipes connected w/problem were cleared. I would recommend him to anyone. When he was running late he called to confirm and provided a new time.

All went well. They showed up on time, fixed the problem, were professional, and caused minimal mess.

WE HAD A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE USING THIS COMPANY, AND SAVED US $4000 ON A CLEANOUT INSTALLATON. BEFORE CALLING RUSS'S, I HAD ANOTHER RODDING COMPANY ATTEMPT TO CLEAR THE MAIN LINE TO THE STREET. THEY WERE REQUIRED TO RETURN AFTER ONE WEEK BECAUSE WE CONTINUED TO HAVE BACK-UPS. THAT ATTEMPT LEFT A METAL BIT BROKEN 75 FT IN THE LINE, AND LEFT ME LOOKING FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO DIG 9' IN MY NEW LANDSCAPING TO INSTALL AN OUTSIDE CLEAN OUT. RUSS'S MAN COMPLETED THEIR WORK QUITE EASILY, LEFT LITTLE OR NO MESS AND OUR SEWER SYSTEM HAS BEEN WORKING UNRESTRICTED FOR A MONTH. THIS IS WHAT A SERVICE COMPANY SHOULD BE.

RUSS'S WAS OUT WITHIN AN HOUR AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF POWER RODDING OUR SEWER DRAIN WHICH WAS BLOCKED BY TREE ROOTS. JOEY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND PERFORMED THE JOB IN NO TIME !

THEY HAD TO CUT THROUGH CONCRETE PORCH, HAND DIG DOWN SIX FEET ON ONE SIDE OF FOUNDATION, AND MACHINE DIG DOWN SIX FEET ON OTHER SIDE OF FOUNDATION. ALSO INSTALLED A REMOTE CLEAN OUT ACCESS PIPE.
