Illinois Energy installed 3 exterior doors for us. They delivered a great quality product by a highly skilled installer who faced unique challenges with 2 of 3 doors. Illinois Energy was also the most affordable with the best warranty package compared to two of it's competitors. Lastly, customer focus to rectify inconvenient situations sets their standard high from a business ethics perspective which I cannot truly say if their larger competitors would deliver. Other than a delayed installation date and installer scheduling with a two day job taking 4 days during 3 different weeks, we were satisfied with their service and would definitely consider utilizing them again in the future.

If you’re looking for quality and professionalism, Illinois Energy is the way to go. The warranty is the best in the industry and they have an actual location in Lisle that been there a long time. The office staff is organized and on top of things. The installation crew really took the time to make the installation perfect. The sliding door I had installed feels solid but at the same time effortlessly glides open and closed. The lock mechanism operates easily and is secure. I’m looking forward to working with them on future projects. 100% recommend Illinois Energy for doors and windows!

Great experience from initial sales discussion, through scheduling and final install! Our salesman Paul was very knowledgeable, helpful, and direct in his initial meeting and provided quote. We had a personal event we needed to schedule install around and they worked with us to get them in much earlier than the estimated window. We had a smaller project - 4 windows installed, but the installers completed the job in under 4 hours and left the house extremely clean. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I have used Illinois Energy Windows & Siding twice - once last year to replace my front window and door and once this year to replace all the remaining windows and the patio door. The salesperson was extremely helpful and provided me with all my options and ways to save money. The installation was right on schedule for the front door and window, and about a month ahead of schedule for the rest of the windows. The installers were on-time, fast and efficient (a combined 3 days only to install 12 windows, a front door, and a patio door) and they went above and beyond in replacing rotted boards around the front door. There were a couple minor issues that were quickly and easily addressed, but nothing to prevent me from the rating I've given. Overall, a great experience.

Used IEWS to replace our patio sliding door. The new door was made and ready to install around 2 weeks upon signing the contract, which is a month earlier than estimated. The installation went smoothly and was finished in about half a day. The door is much improved from our previous door and noticeable difference in the quality. The glass and screen door slides effortlessly. The glass door doesn’t close all the way unless you push it hard. So far, it seems fine and we shall see how it holds up over the next few years with the seasonal changes. Overall, we are happy with the service with IEWS and will use this company when we are ready to replace our windows.

When Paul arrived to give us an estimate on our porch door, he was very knowledgeable about the structures of the house as well as the products they had. He was able to provide us with some education on the variety of doors as well as well as the process they are made. The office team was very helpful and easy to communicate with to find the perfect time for our installation. The actual day of the install was seamless. The contractors did amazing work and were nice enough to explain to me the entire process of the installation as well as any strange findings our older house presented. The new door brings a new life to our porch and is making us want to spend more time on it than before.

They left a brochure with information, were informative without being pushy or having me and didn’t press me to make an immediate decision or say that “all my neighbors” were using them. I received a call a few days later to see if I was interested, so I set up an appointment for a consultation. Mike came to the house, explained the company and product in detail, and what I would be getting with a purchase from their company. The door arrived sooner than expected, and the men who installed it were very professional, talked me through everything they were doing and made sure the entire door and frame was installed successfully while cleaning up everything afterwards. Illinois Energy made it a very easy decision to purchase my new sliding glass door. I was not pressured to make a purchase. I did not have to go to several stores to find the door I wanted or find the contractors to install the door. It comes with a lifetime warranty, which can be passed along to the next owner. Joe visited our home (sometime in October) for an estimate and was very well prepared with samples, pictures of past installations, manufacturer brochures and most importantly, his knowledge. The install area was well protected, dust was minimized, debris was cleaned up and the quality of the workmanship was quite excellent!
