The whole experience was amazing. The consult and quote we did on a Saturday with my kids all running around. James was patient and so nice to work with. They measured all the windows the next day or two and The windows were ready in three weeks after signing. The day of they showed up on time. The whole process took 4.5 hours. Five guy team for 11 windows replaced. They put carpet protector everywhere and cleaned up everything. They had to cut trim on front of house to get old window out however the trim they put back that encased the window looks great and like it was built that way. I have wainscoting under a window and was worried it could be damaged and they did a fantastic job replacing the window. Nothing dented or scraped. They made sure Everything was perfect before leaving. They even ran through all the functions of the window again after they were all installed. The outside was cleaned up after as well. There was nothing for us to do other than sit and watch and ask questions, which they were more than happy to answer. We love our windows and felt a difference in the heating of these rooms THAT night. Great windows - great service- great price. Will definitely be using them again!

The installation was scheduled prior to the 7 week projected date. The installers checked the work areas and laid down tarps. They were efficient and left no mess. Illinois Energy Windows & Siding replaced 3 huge windows in the front of my house. James was extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and helped with the design change that I made to 2 windows. The windows arrived and were installed much sooner then expected. The installers were polite, friendly, answered more of my questions, installed new siding that was removed to install the windows and cleaned up everything before leaving. They did a fantastic job. We had our windows replaced last week and the whole experience was smooth and seamless. The process started with a representative coming to our home to discuss our needs and wants. We were put at ease and painted a clear picture of how the whole process works, the quality of the product, timeline, etc. The next day we received a follow up call to answer any further questions. Then the following week a representative was sent out to measure our windows and provide more in-depth knowledge of the product and process. We received a time frame for when the windows would be ready and it was spot on. Within a week of our windows being ready to go, we had the installation team here and working hard. They were detail oriented, respectful, had-working, and cleaned up everything. The new windows are absolutely amazing and we are so happy! I think the best part of this whole experience was the communication. Illinois Energy goes above and beyond making sure you are at ease. Definitely recommend!!!

Illinois Energy installed a new back and storm door to our house. Our experience with them from quote to final installation was phenomenal. The sales team was helpful and there was no pushy sales pitch. They cared about what we needed. The price was competitive, everything was completed on time and they checked in multiple times throughout the process including a follow-up call the day after installation to make sure we were satisfied. The installer was friendly and explained each step along the way. He even replaced some rotted wood that he found when removing the old door. After installation he cleaned everything up like he wasn’t even there and then thoroughly explained all of the features of the new doors before leaving our house. Will say this is by far the best experience we’ve had with home repairs in a long time. Thanks Illinois Energy!!

Very courteous and professional, it was a pleasure to work with this company, having them replacing our windows as well as our sliding patio door. The work crew was respectful and were timely in getting the work done swiftly and professionally.

From beginning to end everything went smoothy and professionally. Every one we dealt with was courteous, patient and responsive to our requests/needs. No surprises. The installment crew was efficient, minimally disruptive and extremely clean. Cost was a little higher than many but the lifetime warranty on all parts, repairs and labor is a rarity in the trades.

The truest measurement of customer satisfaction is repeat business. Our first project was in 2018 to replace an entryway and and few windows in the most dire need of replacing. We had always planed to have a second phase of the project to replace the rest of the windows, but didn't plan on that being almost 7 years later. Over that time I looked into specials being run by other companies but never felt like I was getting the full story. So when we decided that we didn't want to put this off replacing the remaining 9 windows any longer we reached out to the team at Illinois Energy Windows and Siding and I'm happy to say that they were just as good as I had remembered, if not better. The sales person was knowledgeable, we were kept up to date on the status of our windows and scheduling the install, and the installation crew was courteous, fast (but never seemed rushed), and thorough in their clean-up. We could not be happier with the process or the results of the project.

From sales to installation everything was efficient and easy! Well... almost. We did have a snafu with our HOA getting approval, but we were SO impressed with how on the spot Nate was with communicating with our HOA board and helping us solve the issue. Customer service exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with our experience and our new windows!

We've had Illinois Energy Windows & Siding do our windows several years ago. Beautiful windows and noticed an immediate reduction in our heating and A/C electric bills when they went in. Our old builder grade windows were not cutting it! Recently, we had them replace our back sliding door. World of difference. No more cold draft near the door! And its opens/closes easily.

The overall quality and customer service of Illinois Energy is phenomenal. Their product are outstanding and are some of the highest quality glass sliding doors I have ever seen. The entire process was easy to navigate and for the price, they are definitely the best you can possibly get.

Great experience from start to finish! They were quick to schedule initial consultation. Office staff very friendly and eager to help in any way. The workers were efficient, neat, and professional. The job was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the windows. We had them do our kitchen door a few years ago and were so pleased with the work and the door quality we had them do our window replacement. They also were always very quick to answer questions. They were very accommodating anytime he had a question or concern and they answered everything in a very timely fashion and he got exactly what he wanted for very reasonable pricing!

We got 3 smaller windows installed to replace our very old and drafty ones. Our new windows are easy to open and close, we love the safety locks and they are already less drafty in this cold weather!! The install team was small and came out two days. Both people were conscious of keeping our house clean and taking their shoes on/off. We had a great experience with installation. The quality of window is also a huge improvement from what we had and we will be using Illinois Energy again in the future when we are ready to replace more windows!

Getting a new double front door and storm doors was a pleasant experience from beginning to end with this company. We received our estimate with Joe who took the time to really explain everything in detail, and set us up for a successful experience. The installation of the doors took 2 days and Jerry our installer was excellent. There were sever things that happened where he had to pivot and do things a little different, but he kept us informed the whole time. We are very pleased with our new front doors and Illinois Energy. Highly recommend them for your needs and we will be a repeat customer.
