A Transformed House & Garage Exterior by Lloyd & Susan M Before we hired Illinois Energy to replace the siding and door & window trim on our house and garage we had always hired individuals or companies to complete work projects for us who were recommended by someone we knew. Such was not the case with Illinois Energy since we learned about this company via an advertisement, but we are very thankful we chose them. They transformed our house & garage from white 8” siding with shutters to an amazing-looking 6” blue siding with expertly crafted and installed white trim. We appreciated the professionalism, prompt communications and helpfulness exhibited by all the personnel we dealt with from sales, administration and installation. Ruben & Raul’s work crew, which included five other men, was absolutely great. They let us know their plans & schedules, performed their jobs well, sought our input for how we desired things to look along the process and made sure we were satisfied with ALL the work as it was being completed. We have commented to each other that it’s like we have a completely new place to live without even having to move! We would highly recommend Illinois Energy to anyone needing siding & trim work.

My doors look like something out of HGTV. Beautiful Black French Doors add an amazing curb appeal and aesthetic. Upgraded from a single aluminum door with two sidelights, and was also cold every winter. Now, these puppies are starting to pay themselves back with my energy cost savings (no pun intended). Intallation was seamless, and professional and took less than a day. Even our neighbors are complimenting us on them. Thanks Illinois Energy!

Sales was very helpful in walking us through the process and options. The installers were excellent. They worked fast, clean, and efficiently. They answered all questions we had. They were very respectful. We are very happy with the work done and plan to eventually have the remainders of our windows replaced by IL Energy.

My experience with Illinois Energy Windows & Siding was AMAZING from start to finish! The sales experience was smooth and simple with no pressure whatsoever to buy. While the wait for the product itself was lengthy (due to COVID), it was well worth it! The install was very quick and smooth...the guys even completely cleaned up after themselves. My installed garden window is absolutely beautiful!!! My only disappointment was that the installers did not wear masks during the install. I didn't push the issue, but just made sure to keep my distance and disinfect everything after.

We have used Illinois Energy Windows and Siding to replace all the windows in our home as well as the sliding door out back. From our first communication with them, they have been nothing but professional. Replacing windows and/or doors is a huge investment, and we researched and spoke to other businesses before we went with Illinois Energy Windows and Siding. After the initial installation, any issues or questions were immediately addressed with no hesitation. Although they didn't have the lowest initial quote, what we ended up with was great communication and customer service, professional installers, a great warranty, and great looking, sturdy and reliable windows (and sliding back door) that will last a long, long time. Overall, what we received from Illinois Energy Windows and Siding is QUALITY. No regrets here.

I just had an $8,000 dollar bay window and two $1,000 dollar storm doors installed and I have been very unhappy with my installation. The salesman while great to work with is where my good experience with these folks ends. In fairness the gentleman who installed my storm doors did a pretty good job, but my issue is with the Bay window. Sloppy finish work on something that expensive is not acceptable. I wish now I had just went to Home Depot. I did have a gentleman stop by my place the day of the install to collect the rest of the payment and discuss my issues with the install and he did agree it wasn't the best work they could have done. He advised us that they would have a service tech come out generally within a week and address our concerns. He advised us that he was going to collect the rest of the payment minus 600 dollars until the work was fixed/finished. We did notice that they charged us the entire amount, not the amount they agreed to charge us until our concerns had been addressed and despite the photos being passed along and following up with an additional picture being sent to their service email address (that they requested) we have not seen or heard from them since the day after the windows had been put in. Based on the installation alone I would not recommend this company. Its a shame as they are a local family owned business. We do not intend to ask them to fix their work any further, we can see now that they have collected their money, went back on their word, and essentially quit giving a ****. We will just pay a second company to come out and clean up their sloppy install and move on. 8k on a single window not well spent.

We used this company over 20 years ago to replace windows in a previous house. When we needed a new front door package for the current house we chose them again. Products are outstanding quality, fairly priced given the quality and all processes are completed from order to install with upfront honest communication. The installers are wonderful, knowledgeable and very courteous.

Prompt reply to scheduling in-home estimate quote. I recently moved into a townhome - they were able to get my paperwork done quickly to submit to HOA review for approval (unlike other companies who refuse to work w/ townhome owners). The staff members are personable, experienced, & professional, and explained their services & products clearly & in detail, with suggestions for different options. They worked w/me on obtaining doors with blind inserts, which is a custom item I specifically requested. I had also asked for an estimate to have 6 windows’ broken vapor seals fixed. They told me that I don’t need new windows (“Illinois Energy” only does new window installation), but simply need a glass service/repair company to replace individual glass packs. They didn’t have to do this, but they gave me the contact info of local service companies (not affiliated) for help. Very helpful, thorough, & attentive to detail.

These guys were amazing! Got 14 windows done in two days, cleaned up very well after themselves, and the job was done so neatly there’s barely any touch ups for me to do. Very impressed, worth the price!!

They were the best! We got quotes from several other window services, and we knew upfront, we only had one or two windows that needed to be definitely replaced, and Illinois energy window replacement gave us a fair and honest appraisal., Other companies either try to sell us "whole house packages" or one company wouldn't even come out and look because I told them upfront we could not afford more than 1 - 2 windows. From day one Illinois energy was fair, honest, and completed all the work in the timeframe they promised. From the salesperson (thanks Derek) to the installers everyone was extremely professional and kind!. When I need the rest of my windows to replace I will call them, and I recommend this service to anyone who is looking!

I am a firm believer in the adage that you get what you pay for. Illinois Energy has been my go-to for replacement windows and doors for many years now. I have even had them at my mother-in-law's house to replace windows at her home. The are definitely not the cheapest, and many people might find that a huge turn off. However, these are PHENOMENAL products and the lifetime guarantee, fantastic customer service, and attention to the CUSTOMER, to me, is well worth it. I will ALWAYS pay a little bit more for peace of mind and a superior product. EVERY. TIME.

We had our front and screen door installed 4 years ago and we are having some minor issues with the screen door. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that we are still under warranty. Our contact at the company Renee was extremely helpful and efficient and getting our service scheduled and our technician Tim was very professional and courteous upon his arrival and took care of all of the issues and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

Illinois Energy replaced all my windows, doors, and siding, completing the job in four days. Very professional work, with a big improvement to the look, sound insulation, and energy efficiency. All installers are employees of Illinois Energy. They removed and disposed of the old windows and doors, also wrapped the old wood siding with Tyvek before installing the new insulted siding. I highly recommend Illinois Energy to do an in-home assessment and estimate.

Illinois Energy installed a new front door on our home. We found their service to be easy and professional. I especially appreciated their patience while my wife and I were deciding the details of our new door. We went in without much of an idea thus changed our minds a couple times. The install date came ahead of schedule and was completed faster than anticipated. My only "complaint" would be that their catalog of options was not completely updated with the current selection and a bit hard to understand. Additionally, their show room didn't help much with our decision. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this company!
