This review is for Illinois Energy Windows and Siding, Inc. I recently had them install 3 windows and a storm door. I was very pleased with the products and excellent customer service. They responded quickly to any questions/concerns I had during the process. The installation went smoothly and the installers arrived on time, explained everything to me and cleaned up thoroughly. I am the type of person to ask many questions and they were very patient and took the time needed for me to completely understand and be satisfied. I plan to use them again in the future to replace a patio door and additional windows. I also like the lifetime warranty they offer with their products and service.

I needed replacement windows for my home. I learned of the Company via Home Advisor. Illinois Energy was first to respond, and visit. Mr. Schropshire was kind, sensitive, and not high-pressure. He presented facts about his company and its warranties, and other companies and their warranties. Illinois Energy has a BBB A+ rating, and has been in business 26 years. Illinois Energy's Lifetime warranties cover everything, extrusions, glass, screens, caulking, installation, and more. These warranties are transferable as long as the house remains standing. The company sells one type of double-hung window. Mr. Schropshire demonstrated it, and we were impressed. The price was higher than the lowest priced windows elsewhere, and lower than the highest priced windows elsewhere. We decided to contract with Illinois Energy Windows and Siding. We had to pay only $100.00 deposit, balance upon completion of the work. The windows were ready for installation in 3 weeks instead of the 6 weeks it sometimes takes. A 3-man crew showed up on the appointed day and did an excellent job. They worked fast, and were friendly, careful, and persistent. They showed respect for us, and our house. They answered all of my questions. They cleaned up thoroughly, including vacuuming. That first night we noticed an appreciable difference in our home. Illinois Energy Windows and Siding offers an excellent product, an excellent warranty, and a great installation force. Well worth the price.

Had 3 large windows (one opening) replaced. They redesigned the window layout and installed a large picture window with two double hung windows on the sides. What an improvement! From start to finish they were great to deal with. The windows are much nicer looking inside and out. We can already feel the difference because they are insulated so much better than the old ones. The installers did a great job, and respected my time and my property during the installation. Highly recommend Illinois Energy!

This is my 2 time using Illinois Energy, we replaced 18 windows about 4 years ago and just replaced my front door and bay window. The salesman Garrett is nothing but professional and very helpful in our decision. The install was done in a timely fashion and we are thrilled with the outcome. The install team was professional and worked very **** ** a cold day. I would absolutely use them again and give them an A+

Just had our front door with transom and sidelights completed in four hours. Install was done as scheduled professionally without a hitch. All was kept clean during and after installation. I wanted to replace my patio door and a 3 section window in one of the bedrooms. Illinois Energy Windows & Siding installed them yesterday. They did a beautiful job, the installation team was wonderful. They moved furniture where necessary , and showed me how everything works. Removed all the waste. They also installed some of the siding that had blown off in a winter storm. Everyone was very professional and if and when I have to replace windows in the future, I will use their services again. The installers were prompt, very knowledgeable and respectful of my home. They explained everything that was done during the installation. He also replaced rotted wood before installing sliding glass door. They cleaned both inside and outside of any debris during the removal and install of doors. Would definitely use them again.

Everyone we met with was professional and honest. Paul compared warranties from other companies, showing us that we get what we pay for. The install went great. I couldn't believe on man could do it all. He did more than necessary, even fix in some quarter round by the door so it looked nice. Overall a great experience!

Installer was very pleasant and very professional. He had to do unexpected repairs to the floor under the door and he did a great job with no extra charge. The door they brought is very high quality and very attractive. We are very pleased.

Salesman was a nice guy personally but when they say they will be in and out in 45 mins, is definitely NOT the case. He knew his stuff about the window, but we felt was just a little too pushy, trying to make the sale. We ended up not going with this Company, because the window ended up being more than the other two estimates and not planning on staying here forever, didn't feel it was necessary to pay extra for every little cost, (varnishing window sill) that the others had built in to their one cost.

Buyer beware. They overcharge. I paid 6k for 3 windows. That come out to 3 windows at 1k each and double for installation

I purchased windows from Illinois Energy Windows for my home a couple years ago. The upstairs is 2-4 degrees cooler with the a/c on during the summer. The house has also been warmer in the winter. There are no longer any drafts in my house. Our energy bill has dropped nearly 40% lower after replacing the windows. Hands down the BEST energy saving purchase I've made for my house!
