It went very smoothly as our estimate. Gave us all the information needed for a new patio door since our old one is about 20yrs old and heat/cold escaping and increased noise level from the main street. They explained to us about argon gas and loved there lifetime warranty. Since the new door our living room area is a lot more quiet and much better functioning then previous.

Professional and very thorough with what we needed. Worker were polite and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The sliding door was perfect. Would use them again.

We met this company years ago at a fest. They continued to follow up every other year and were never pushy. We finally decided to replace our sliding glass door. Tristen the Sales Rep was professional and friendly. He did an outstanding job. Door was delivered on time, install was scheduled in a timely manner, and installers were on time and respectful of my home. They did a great job and I would buy from them again. I'm very happy with the work that was performed.

This is the 4th project Illinois Energy has completed for us. We are return customers because of their honest dealing, fair prices, and quality product. They have been more than happy to work with us as we complete a set of windows at a time. Their windows are well-insulated against the cold and noise. Our house backs up to a busy street, but you’d never know it with our new windows.

We had 4 windows replaced from being rotted out. They replace the windows and the material around them to ensure the best quality. The also completely tore out one window and replaced it with a different shape. All the work looks great and it was all done in one day, including clean up. I'd use their service again.

Excellent! I had both entry doors replaced on my old home. The guys were wonderful being sure all was done to my liking & up to the high standards Illinois Energy stands for. Job was completed in 1 day & was not as easy as it looked. I am in love with the ease of getting groceries into the house, not having bad air leaks & the home brightness of having door windows. I highly recommend Illinois Energy! Their work is excellent! I would definitely call them again!

Everything went great. They have several different doors to to choose from, the salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. Install was smooth. This was the 2nd time we hired them, and we would hire again.

From the person who came to quote my door to the installation to the check in after installation to ask about my experience, all staff members of Illinois Energy are very helpful and genuinely show they care about their customers. I got a brand new 3 panel custom size back patio sliding door put in. I was impressed with the work. I am very happy! They completed the job in 4 hours. My journey started with my in-home estimate where I received a detailed breakdown of options that I could customize to meet my budget and ended with my new windows and my home looking great! My estimator explained how my current windows differed from what was available and helped me find windows that improved not only my energy efficiency but ease of use as well. My installer arrived promptly and ensured I understood what he would be doing. Once done he showed me how to use the new windows and cleaned up all the installation mess before leaving. I’ve had my new windows for about a month and couldn’t be happier!

Illinois Energy were great to work with. If you want top of the line service and products, you'll have a hard time finding anyone else. It is a challenge when running a business to have all staff be happy and do great at their jobs. My interaction with everyone was pleasant and enjoyable from the James who started the sale to Max and his team who did the installation. The installation took 1.5 days and everything was done with care.

Illinois Energy (IE) installed a new 8-foot sliding window door in our family room. We were very satisfied with the initial presentation of products and services, and commitment to customer service. There was careful followup through the process, and all scheduled personnel were on time. The sliding door and trim were installed expertly and within estimated 4-hour time frame, with careful clean up. The sliding door was actually installed 2 weeks ahead of forecast. IE also provides a Lifetime parts and labor transferable warranty. The new sliding door really enhances the room. Great job!

They did a great job with our new front window install! Their sales rep was informative, and all of their customer service reps were friendly. Even when our window install was delayed due to shipping, they kept us informed the entire time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My cousin recommended Illinois Energy Windows and Siding to me and they are great! I had a bay window replaced about two years ago and the price was much more reasonable and the installation was very professional. I called them to redo a bathroom window and had great suggestions by the salesman and the installation happened sooner than was promised. Once the schedule was set to install, everything went well. Installers arrived on time (2 separate visits for window and doors). The care for the area around the installation was covered/protected and the installations were done with professionalism. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. Very happy with the quality of the products. We did have one minor concern with the trim fit (manufactured wood trim- not the installer) which Illinois Energy Windows and Siding quickly rescheduled a visit to fix the problem. We have used them for all our original window and exterior door replacements over the last 10 years or more and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
