They were good. Most of the stuff was done by the time I got back home. They asked me about the color. They showed up on time and left on time. It looks good to me. I wouldn?t be able to comment on their price because I didn?t bid the job. I just needed something done and they were able to do it when I needed it done.

They did a good job. They did not rush even though they came back for a second day. They cleaned up well and they were on time.

They did a good job. I had a real peeling problem before they came and they offered a solution that I thought was acceptable; it looks like it is holding well.

The painters were professional and friendly. The work was neat and done on a timely basis. Our issue was that the two coat method we were sold by the company was different than what was actually done by the painters. The process sold was to power wash the house, let it dry, fix any knots or other caulking needed, put one coat of paint on the entire house, the next day put the second coat on. This process was stressed as a selling point in getting a proper job. What we got was power wash, paint, do some caulking, paint on the same section of house on the same day and caulk (when we talked to the painters about the knots and cracks that were still not caulked). When talking to the painters about the process we were sold they said that they couldn't make any money doing it that way because of the extra work. When I spoke to the Certapro sales person she agreed that they did it incorrectly and got her boss involved. They met with the painters at the house and discussed the job. The painters were instructed to repaint two sides of the house after caulking the areas that still needed it. The Certapro folks left, the painters recaulked and painted over the caulk (hour and a half) and left. I completed a survey from Certapro and that was the end of it. I think the job looks good but still have issue with what I was sold versus what I got. That's why I wouldn't use them again.

They did a beautiful job. They were wonderful to work with, showed up on time, did everything they said they would, and cleaned up after they were finished. The price was very competitive with other estimates. I will definitely call them the next time I need some painting done.

It was good. They were prompt. I had a consulation in my home. They gave me a price estimate and stuck to that estimate. The work turned out well. I am happy.

The prices were very comparable. They seemed to be about the middle of the line. They did a great job on the outside of our home. I give Certapro all A's.
