The work I was looking for was something they did not do

I originally received a quote for power washing and deck staining. I set up an appointment for them to come out to do the staining only because I had already power washed the area. I talked to them 5 times setting up and appointment for them to come out for staining only. They stated each time that they would revise the quote and then begin the work. They did not call me to confirm the appointment so I called them. Then they tell me if they don't do the power washing then they won't do the stain. So I sat on this project for 3 weeks because of this appointment and they call day of and say they won't do it. Bait and Switch.

Fast service

I actually used them for window washing. They did a very good job, without too much mess inside, which is difficult to do. Price was reasonable, and would hire again. Although I don't clean my windows every year (wish I could!) they do call with reminders, so if you don't like that you could probably ask them to halt.

He showed up when he said he would did the job and left. Everything ok. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.

The company was hired to clean and paint the deck, 2 coats. Instructions on the paint can clearly states, "DO NOT THIN PRODUCT". However, something like water was used to thin the paint, only 1 coat was applied and I have overspray on the house. 4 attempts to contact the company, by email and telephone were unsuccessful. I will attempt to call tomorrow. I was finally able to reach the company and we were able to come to a mutual agreement. At no additional cost to me, the company was able to remove the overspray and provided a second coat.
