We had a couple places with birds’ nests that were not cleaned, but it was explained to us that active nests are not removed. Aside from that, we had a very good experience!

Read the emails, do not make changes on day of cleaning. Service just ok. Dirty windows when the sun shines.

He showed up on time, very happy young man, took his time, finished promptly. However upon finishing he left 4 very heavy bags of debris on the driveway for me to dispose of. After he left, I tried to lift them to put into the garbage can, and I could only lift 2. They were very, very heavy. The plastic bags were beginning to split, and I had to tip the garbage can over, roll them inside, and have a neighbor help be tip the garbage can upright. The worker said Bubbles would have charged me an additional $30 to dispose of those bags.

I hate to rate anyone this low, but frankly they deserve it. After getting an initial quote, the service man arrived and gave me a completely different quote approx double the original. He claimed the window count was higher, and when I asked him to show me how he was counting he was unable to get to the estimating count. On top of that he made up an inflated charge for cleaning the screens in addition to the windows. When I called the company for verification he became agitated and rude. On leaving my property he drove into my Whitehall mailbox and knocked the box off the post. As yet I never received an apology from the company, just a request for more information. All in all, a really bad experience.
