Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

Did a nice job on the windows but did not clean up or put things back. Left all the blinds up. Had to get a ladder to put them back down after he left. Would not recommend!

The worker was fantastic and did a great job. The only issue was the communication gaps at the office when dispatching.

They do not show up. I took the afternoon off of work to be at home between 1 -5 and then at 4 they call and say they cannot make it and want to reschedule. I do not care what the quality of work they do is if they do not show up when they say they will its irresponsible. I will find and use a more reputable service-oriented business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I gave them a 5 star on my first review because they seemed nice and polite but I would not know how thorough or how well they performed the task because they were up on the second story roof and there was no way for me to see whether the gutters have been cleaned properly. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I did have a chance to check my gutter on the west side of the house where I was able to place a short ladder on the balcony off of our bathroom upstairs. Very disappointing because just from the short segment of that gutter where I can reach from the balcony, I was able to remove half a bucket of roofing shingles granules. This is something that you need to manually scrape off and scoop off the gutter with a trowel. It does not move or flow with the water (hosing off method they used). I will not hire them again and hopefully in the future, the other contractors do not employ the same technique.

I sent this to their CS - Good morning Martha, Wanted to reach out as I was not totally satisfied with the job done. I understand however, that with all this social distancing I was not able to do a check before they left. However, â ¢ The cleaning went very quickly and arrived within the timeframe indicated. But I am really not sure if the back gutters especially by the porch were done. Did not see a ladder that went out back but might have scaled everything by the one ladder on the side of the house. â ¢ Secondly I have plastic extensions off the down spouts to move the water away from the house. These were not removed or cleaned out and were packed with leaves. Before it rained yesterday I had to do my best to take these all off and clean out since even if the gutters were cleaned the water would have stayed in the downspout and backed it up again. â ¢ Lastly â It was my understanding that the gentleman that came were to measure and perform an estimate for leave guard system. (Note: I am not sure if I want to entertain something like this as it just seems that I was just another gutter clean number and not a customer) When I removed the leaves and the rain came the gutters seem to be running fine. They came a day early. On time. Very efficient. Cleaned up after the work. Placed leaves and dirt in large plastic bags. Worth every penny!

Great job! Work was completed as scheduled. Did a great job of cleaning up after the work was preformed.

I did not get a chance to talk with the workman about what he did and found with the gutters. He left without checking in and i did not see him working on the back of the building. the company said that was because of the Corona virus and he had completed the job. I did not feel a strong sense of confidence in the job. It would have been better if they had told him to call me if they did not want him to meet directly with me.

The service person arrived on time and followed procedure for COVID19, also left the area neat.

They were here for 15 minutes, not sure how they cleaned both gutters in that time. Hose on the back of the house wasn t hook up, How did they flush the gutters. Will look elsewhere for gutter cleaning next time.
