Adam responded to my RFQ by email, said he would visit the property and called me with the estimate. I said to proceed. His crew arrived on the day expected (no specific time was set). they applied the coating, placed ribbon across the drive, dropped off the invoice to our renters and left. No issues at all.

Work was performed to our satisfaction. Pricing was straightforward. They were most definitely on time. Easy to contact , prompt to respond to inquiries.

He did great job. I would definitely recommend them.

They covered our large 15,000 parking lot and striped it.They were in and out in two days.

Job was done exactly how I expected. I watched his guys work and they were very careful around the brick pavers by the front entrance. His recommendation to use slurry sealcoating was a good one and it looks better than when I had it done a few years ago by someone else who was more expensive. I will definitely use again next year.

Adam is a great guy. Addresses any issues with your asphalt, and doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. Highly recommended !

After a great talk with the owner, I followed his recommendations and bought into the idea that rubber is way better than far for repairing cracks, and that premixed sealer with sand is better than other stuff some people use. Services were performed as requested and as scheduled.

There was a problem with the initial quality of the work. However, as soon as the owner was aware of this, he responded in a prompt and professional manner. He came back out very quickly and completed the job to our satisfaction. Jobs don't always go perfectly the first time around, and things don't always go as planned even under the best of circumstances. That's just life. But it's the way in which a company responds to these situations that demonstrates their true quality. Big Joe's Sealcoating is a company you WANT to do business with. Joe genuinely cares about the quality of his work, and he will do everything he can to make sure the job is done right and that you're satisfied when he's done. We were not satisfied with the first job - did not sufficiently fill the cracks. But one phone call they re-sealed the driveway to our satisfaction, with no problems at all. As a matter of fact I didn't have to ask they insisted on coming to rectify the problem - whens the last time that happened. Great company, Great Job

Very responsive with a quote and onsite service. We have a brick apron on each side of our driveway that we asked them to be especially careful about getting sealer on the bricks. The job was done very professionally and they were very careful about the brick apron. Overall a very professional job and company.

The job was done exactly as I had planned on that it would be.

I saw Big Joe's truck and wrote down their website. I checked them out on Angie's List, then gave them a call. Their voicemail system says to leave your address and they'll call you back with a quote. It took them longer than I expected to hear back, maybe a week. But, their quote was reasonable, if on the high side, but reasonable given their attention to detail and the product they use on the driveway. I was willing to accept the higher price for the comfort of their work quality and reputation. I think the difference could not be more than $20 higher, and for something that should last 2-3 years vs. annual, it's not a hard decision to make. They scheduled with me by trading voice mail and arrived when planned. Their work was clean, quick and thorough. The driveway looks great. I will use them again.

Joe did a great job. I am a landlord and I needed the work done at a property I own in a state I don't live in. Joe was understanding and efficient. He took a picture of his work so that I know the job was completed. I sent him a check the next day. I will continue to use his services. He is honest and dependable. Those attributes are hard to come by these days.

Overall, the job went very well. Had some miscommunication as to when they would show up - but they did come and were very pleasant and professional.
