Description of Work: The gentleman who gave us the bid was very nice. The work was excellent. The only problem was that they broke the elevator .

Description of Work: Our living and dining rooms had hardwood floors that were an orangeish color, our kitchen had hardwood floors that were a brownish color (and were badly in need of refinishing), and our family room had carpeting with a hard wood floor underneath that needed planks replaced and entire refinishing. Danny came by to take a look and give us an estimate for the additional work over the Big Deal which we purchased, together with some alternatives for our consideration. To accommodate our living situation (i.e., so we didn't have to move out of the house while the work was being done), they even agreed to do the work in two completely different phases at no additional cost. Danny and his team (including Luis and Ricardo) came in and got right to work stripping, restaining and refinishing the floors (first phase was living/dining and second was kitchen/family room). They did each phase in a few days, kept us posted on any options or other things on which we needed to provide input, showed up on time and worked long days and did as much as they could to minimize dust and inconvenience to us. The floors look AMAZING, and they worked with us to make sure the final invoice was right on what we both agreed. They were a real professional outfit, performing quality work at a reasonable price. We are very pleased with our experience with Modern Quality Flooring.

Description of Work: Danny, the owner was prompt in returning our calls and proceeded to an estimate for not only hardwood sanding and coating but also some floor repair work and painting. We also received two other estimates and Danny, while not significantly less expensive impressed us with his knowledge and sincerity. The work proceeded on time, the repairs made were very well done and the floors looked great. The painting also turned out very well. Overall, great work, very professional staff, on time, on budget. Would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: After I left a message, Danny returned my call promptly and came out for an estimate. He scheduled us when we wanted and on that day was prompt and buffed and sealed the wood floors throughout our condo. They look great!
