Description of Work: Renu refaced my kitchen cabinets. They were extremely punctual, beginning the project ahead the projected start date. Rick & Mike were punctual, professional & knowledgeable about the ins & outs of the project. They did an excellent job, completing the project on time. Erica ,in the business office went out of her way to be helpful. She was both courteous and Knowledgeable. All others involved with the project performed their jobs in a very professional manner. The completed project is fantastic. The kitchen looks great. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Re Nu refaced my kitchen cabinets, installed a new backsplash and new laminate counter. They put in new sink. The cabinets are beautiful and I am happy with the end result. My only issues were when the initial refacing was done the cabinets were bowed and the installers said there was nothing they could do as that must have been what my cabinets were like before which I disagreed. I agreed the wall was probably not completely straight but the cabinets I had lived with for 25 yrs were not bowed. I had pointed out at time of sale that the wall behind the cabinets was not completely straight and I was assured cabinet installers knew how to work with those issues. Erica came out after receiving my call and agreed they had to fix it. Likewise there was one tile not flush after installation but they were very responsive in coming out to rectify. Erica was very responsive to my calls. Likewise my salesperson, Garret was very helpful at time of sale and was the reason I went with ReNu over another contractor I had a bid from.

Description of Work: Renu refaced all our kitchen cabinets - and they are beautiful. We originally were looking at replacing the cabinets but other remodel companies could not guarantee that they could not damage our fairly new counter tops. With Renu, we did not have that worry. Every part of every cabinet was refaced with 1/4 inch real wood. They look like brand new cabinets.
