Really well. We had used Ira and Aaron to install our Kitchen granite countertops and backsplash. That job went perfectly and was installed with a high degree of craftsmanship. So we had no hesitation in using them again. We were able to find a nice piece of granite that they had on premise, so they pulled it out, discussed how they would cut it (including understanding and agreement from the stone cutter). It is all done and it is beautiful and turned out just as planned.

I hired Exquisite Services to rehab a full guest bathroom that I had not given much thought on how I wanted it designed. Upon their arrival they took measurements and help me determine a design for a beautiful bathroom for the space. I originally had only thought of using granite for the vanity top, but they recommended integrating small pieces (3 ½ x3 ½) into the shower title surround creating amazing piece of art. Additionally, I had Exquisite Services transform an old title fireplace surround using the same type of stone used in the guest bathroom. Selecting the same stone and having it installed on the same day as the vanity saved me a bunch of money. This completely changed the appearance of my living room and made my wife ask when they will be starting on the kitchen. Their prices were slightly higher than others that bid for the job, but I believe that encouraged them to transform an ordinary renovation project into something exceptional. We did have an issue after they completed project? my wife noticed a leaking pipe! I quickly called Exquisite and spoke with Aaron, who immediately sent someone to our house. They were able to quickly fix the leaking pipe before I was able to get home from work. When I arrived I noticed the leak originated from an area outside the project area? I called Aaron to thank him and let me know that the leak was not a cause of their work. Exquisite Services did not charge me for coming out to fix this issue, even though it had nothing to do with what they worked on. Thank you!

I went to Exquisite about a month back ready to buy. Before we made our selection we wanted to take the samples home and see what looks best. After calling 4 times and emailing with no response, we decided to go with someone else. I don't really know how service based companies can do this anymore, but what do I know. If you decide to go with them good luck and hope it goes well. As for people who have deadlines, and tend to be type A's you may want to steer clear.

The project went very well. The installers were on time and the granite was cut to size. I was very pleased with their work.

Recently I hired them to transform my old kitchen to new granite countertops. They are reasonably priced. They provided me with good workmanship design. There installers were highly professional. Upon completion my home was as clean from when they had started. As a result of the work they did, everyone has been impressed.

Their name reflects their work. They did a fine job; it was wonderful. I spent about $5,000 on the job. They told me where to go look for the granite, which I bought. They had their people come out and do the measurement. The work looks beautiful. Their price was one of the best around. I will absolutely use them again.

Ira, Aaron and all of the installers at Exquisite provided superb service throughout the estimate, measuring, preparation, and installation of our kitchen and powder room granite countertops. We could not be more satisfied with the results.They answered every question and were more than cooperative in every respect. We would not hesitate to use them again for future remodeling projects.

I used Exquisite for a small job in my home. They were fantastic -from the sales person, business owner to the installation crew I was very pleased. I needed a powder room vanity top it was a demi lune (semi circle) shape. This was a small job, but the service & treatment I got was excellent. I was able to speak to them over the phone get an accurate estimate verbally for the job, select a beautiful stone piece from their inventory, they measured & installed in a week. I did have to follow up once but that was a small issue for the service & quality & value they offered. They knew what they were doing and had a good taste level as well. I plan to use them for future client projects.

When I ordered the countertops, I dealt with a man named Ken (Mastercraft Granite and Marble). I thought he was the owner. Please read my review on Mastercraft. When I finally became aware that the granite and marble part of the business was actually owned by Ira of Exquisite, I started dealing with him directly...and refused to speak to Ken again. Once I was dealing directly with Ira and his assistant, Aaron, everything started to go smoothly. When the granite came in, Ira called me to go to the shop and check it out before he started cutting it. Well because granite is nature made and not man made, every slab is a little different. I didn't like the slabs that had come in. Ira searched all of his suppliers, and they all had the same slabs. So, I had to wait about 1 1/2 weeks for the suppliers to get new shipments from South America. When the next slabs arrived at Ira's shop, he called me and I checked them out. They were perfect. That was late on a Monday afternoon, and he promissed me they would start cutting the next morning and the countertops would be installed that Friday. True to his word, they were installed Friday morning. The granite had to sit for 24 hrs before they could hook the sink, disposal, etc up. They then came back Saturday morning and finished hooking everything up. How many service people do you know who would work on a Saturday? I would definitely recommend Ira and Exquite to my friends. You may have to deal with Ken at first, since he's the salesman, but then ignore him and deal with Ira and Aaron directly. It will save you a lot of headaches. All in all because of Ken's inneptness, it took 6 weeks from start to finish.

We visited their store twice and were impressed with the confidence and easy-going nature of the salesman, as well as the additional products on display to complement and finish our update (sink and drain kits). We made an appointment for measuring, but the owner was quite late. I had to call to investigate: they should have called me and said he was running late. At least he apologized for his tardiness. He measured and applauded our choice, and at my request made suggestions for the backsplash. The installers arrived and did a beautiful job installing the granite. When we're ready to do the backsplash, we'll use them. I am glad to support a local business, and am confident they'll do a good job, even if I need to wait around a bit.

My husband had a business card from Exquisite, subsequent to visiting their location when he purchased his car at the adjacent Subaru dealer. When determing from which fabricators to obtain estimates, I referenced Angie's List for input. The reviews were so glowing for Exquisite, that I very much wanted to use them. In addition, there was a $1000 coupon on the Angie's list site, which seemed applicable to the work I would be having done. I contacted Exquisite via phone, and dealt with Aaron (not Ira, the owner) who was very pleasant. However, right out of the gate, I had to nudge him for the estimate, whereas the other fabricators were more responsive. However, my biggest complaint resulted after I received the estimate. First, the quote was significantly higher than the other three fabricators who provided estimates (by more than 25%). I noted this to Aaron, but also told him I was very interested in using them, given the glowing reports on Angie's List. I noted that -- even with the $1000 coupon applied -- they would still be higher than any other quote, and asked if they were able to negotiate the price. He said that he would have to speak with Ira, and get back to me, as he was unaware of any coupon on Angie's site, and didn't know if they could honor it (I viewed this as a very bad sign). I noted that I would be making a fabricator decision the following day, so I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Not only did Aaron not get back to me by the following day, he never called me back at all. It is now several weeks later, and I have never heard another word from him. While this is contrary to the impression provided by the other reviews of Exquisite, I believe customer service makes or breaks an experience. Even if Exquisite was not willing to honor the coupon, or negotiate the price, I fully expected a return call -- out of courtesy -- to tell me that.

Overall, it was an excellent experience. They ended-up finishing the work early.

Ira and Aaron are both friendly and treated us like royalty. We made several visits to the store to make our choices. It was difficult because all their granite and marble looked great. We finally made our final choices or what we thought would be final. As it turned out, we decided to go with another granite for the master suite because a piece goes on the threshold and bench. The granite and marble fit in perfectly and we were very happy with the installation process. The countertops and vanities are the highlights of our new addition.

Once we purchased the counter tops, it took multiple phone calls on our part to get them out here to do the work. It required us to follow up several times. I wasn't too happy about that. That is not the kind of service you would expect when putting that kind of money down for granite counter tops. The price was acceptable, we didn't have any feeling for it. They did roughly 8 square feet with back slashes. The quality was top notch. When they finally got here and installed it, they paid attention to little details better than we would expect. I had to leave messages and make multiple phone calls to get them to come out and do the work. They did not come when they said they were going to come, so we had to call the owner's cell phone. He said the crew was delayed for whatever reason. We were told a specific time and that time came and went with no follow up. We were not happy with that aspect of it. We were concerned because this was a small job. If we were going to get our kitchen done we would be looking at significant more dollars, and we would expect the best service. It is very important to us. We are willing to pay for good service. When they finally got here they were professional. The process wasn't very professional. They were supposed call us to schedule when they were going to have the pieces cut and installed, and we had to call them to find out. They should have called us; the paying customer! They should have scheduled the date and time and called us; that's professional! When I took the effort to call the owner's cell phone on a weekend, he was very responsive.

Ira was great from the get-go. His rough estimates were very competitive and the end result was very close to the rough quote. He has a great selection of high quality materials (and not just granite, though that is what we bought). As the variopus parts of the project were ready for the granite, Ira came promptly to do the measurements and the fabrication was pretty quick (3-7 days depending on the size and complexity of what was required - kitchen countertops took longest). Installations went smoothly and the finished look is just fantastic. We had used another granite provider for a previous remodel and were pleased with them but by comparison, Ira was much, much better in service, price and quality/selection of materials. Don't expect a pristine sanitized showroom- but who wants to pay for that anyhow? Ira's is a working shop. One thing that really impressed us was Ira's responsiveness and customer focus. He came out on Saturdays and Sundays as need to take measurements and give estimates. He explained the options and the process. He made sure that our expectations were in line with what/when he could deliver - that is to say, he did not "blow smoke" and then not deliver. Ira clearly knows his stone and is passionate about making sure you understand the options and are thrilled with the result. We are!
