The designed Engineer explained the option with several styles to us. The Irshad center Board approved the work. The installers did a good job and everything looks great. we ask them to back again for ADA counter tops in kitchen area . Mr. Eraj, the owner, arrange the project schedule, worked closely with us to ensure we got the stylish Counter tops not only for kitchen area but also for three bathrooms. Eraj and his installer team were very friendly and always available for a update on the project. Ultimately, we were able to afford a beautiful counter tops with all the precise finishing touches we'd been looking forward to for so long. People visiting the center, always pries the nice work has been done. In a short word; High quality counter tops and great people to work with and great pricing too.

Overall it went well. There were hiccups, but they bent over backwards to fix things and get the job done to our satisfaction.

Looking for a great experience in buying a granite countertop and island in Lake County? Look no further than Exquisite Services Inc. in Libertyville IL. My wife and I looked at two other places for granite counter tops and island. But once we sat down and started talking with Anna we knew this was the right place for us. Anna was very friendly, knowledgable and made sure to answer all our questions as well as concerns. She walked us through their facility to compare our paint colors to the granite stones to choose from. She did not pressure us to buy the more expensive pieces just educated us on the differences. Their pricing was very fair. Ira came out to to do the measurements and drawing. He was very personable and easy to work with. Their installation team did a professional job and cleaned up nicely when they were done.

Ira, the owner, came to our house 3 times to discuss the process with us. The first time was to find out what we wanted and to let us know if it was possible and to give us an estimated cost. The second time was to discuss it further once we had a couple of sinks in mind. We realized that we needed to have a a Plan A and a Plan B. Plan A was to be a Kohler undermount basin sink, if the granite did not cracked. Plan B was a Kohler top mount apron front sink if the granite in front of the sink cracked when they cut it (since that piece would have to come out anyway for an apron front sink). We kept our fingers crossed that Plan A worked. Thankfully, everything went so smoothly. First, a couple of their guys came to remove all the plumbing and the old sink. Everything in my kitchen was covered with plastic, and they also made a little "ceiling to floor tent" that contained the workers who were cutting the granite (and vacuuming the dust as the cutting was done), so there was really minimal dust for me to clean. Ira was there helping the entire time. We got our Plan A sink, since they did an awesome, careful job. The polished cut edges were nice and straight. Everything fit great. They could have put all the new plumbing in for an additional charge, but we had someone else do that for us. This company also did the granite work in one of our bathrooms, so we knew they were professionals. I would highly recommend them. Prior to using Exquisite, I've had 2 other companies to do granite work in my house. Unfortunately, I've run out of places I need granite, but if I did, I'd definitely use them again. $175 of the total charge was simply because I asked them to reseal all the kitchen countertops.

Our kitchen countertop was made of white laminated materials and did not go well with our cabinets and appliances. So we decided to replace it with granite. We called a couple of places but did not receive timely responses. A friend recommended Exquisite Services and we decided to give them a call. The owner (Mr. Ira) explained everything on the phone and came personally to our home for the measurement. He made a few recommendations about the sink and the backsplash and we would like to thank him for his expertise. He also made an elegant decorative granite backsplash for behind the range. We have been using Exquisite granite cleaner and sealer to keep our granite clean and shiny. The granite is installed very professionally and clean. The granite seams are not noticeable and they are located at less visible areas. We asked for overhangs for our island and they polished under that too. I did receive a post service call to make sure we are satisfied and that really shows how much they care about the customer satisfaction.

What we though was going to be a daunting, drawn-out process was fast, easy and enjoyable. My countertops were installed in less than two weeks after our initial visit. Their slab selection was very good, we found a gorgeous piece and my kitchen has been transformed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic! Aaron and Ira, the owners, were very helpful in explaining the different stone and guiding us as we decided on what we wanted. The installers were efficient, friendly, and their jobs showed great precision. The plumber went far and above and corrected a few other problems at no charge. Overall, this was a tremendous experience. We will return to have them do the counters and sinks in our bathrooms.

It went extremely well. Note that my reason for choosing Exquisite Services to begin with was that I had them do work at my Townhouse in Vernon Hills in 2011 and I was very pleased with the results. (They put in new quartz counter tops, a new sink and faucet, and Crema Marfil marble surround around the fireplace in the townhouse. And I was really pleased with the results; so when I moved to my new house in Fox River Grove in 2014, I just naturally asked them to do the same thing there.) Some of the things which I was especially pleased with: --The fireplace is extremely large: it is a square of size 7 feet, 2 inches wide by 3 feet four inches high. (The opening is only 2 feet, 8 inches wide by 2 feet high). And it has a 16-inch ledge beneath the fireplace opening that rests about 1 foot above the floor). Exquisite covered the whole thing with marble. (The front face, the ledge, and then the area below the ledge that goes down to the floor). They had to put the marble over brick. (The fireplace was made of brick.) They did a beautiful job. The ledge and the area below the ledge that goes down to the floor are single pieces of marble. The front face they could not do as a single piece. (It is three pieces with two on the sides and one on the top.) But the pieces are fit together so perfectly that it is very difficult to tell (unless one gets extremely close and studies very very carefully) that it is not a single piece! --The living room window ledge is also very large. The window is 9 feet four inches wide and the ledge is 15 inches deep. They used a single piece of marble for the entire ledge and fit it perfectly in place! The marble slab even has two small wings on each side where the window ledge extends beyond the window itself (and they wanted to make sure that this part of the window ledge was covered with the marble as well). It's just a a stunningly perfect fit! --For all of the work, the exquisite team showed up when they said and finished on time. --One other thing I liked very much about Exquisite: They show you the marble slabs that they are going to use before they start cutting them to make sure you are satisfied with the pieces.

I have " exquisite" counter tops in my kitchen! Ira met me at the granite showroom and helped me select the granite slabs. I selected a very unusual patterned slab and was able to go to the workroom and select how the slab was to be laid out cut. The installers were prompt and courteous and the installation went quickly and smoothly. The counter top is really the star of my kitchen remodel! Thank you. I can't wait to remodel the bathrooms.

Exquisite Services is definitely the right name of this provider as the job went exquisitely! Ira, Hadi, and the rest of the guys were nice, hard-working, knowledgeable, skilled, and caring.

The cabinets are great quality, design is beautiful and they are a perfect fit for the space. The granite, sinks and faucets look amazing and the tile shower floor works well with the rest of the room. They installed everything perfectly and there was no mess left behind. They were on time and very professional and I highly recommend doing business with them.

I was referred to Exquisite by a friend for granite projects. I visited their retail location in Libertyville and was greated by a friendly employee who gave me samples to take home and arranged for someone to come measure and estimate the project. They set up an appointment within a few days and arrived on time. They were very helpful and thorough. They were also priced competitivley. I ordered the service and they gave me an install date two in weeks. They arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the granite fireplace. I watched them work and was impressed with their detail and perfection. I plan on using them for additional work in the future.

tIn 2012, a defective marble sill installed in our shower stall several years earlier by a different contractor began to crack. We looked for a more durable material to match the existing tile and marble and chose Silestone, which was carried by Exquisite. After placing our order, we waited about four months for the sill to be replaced, but there was no hurry on our part; moreover, we understood that it may have taken time for a relatively small piece of Silestone to become available. Exquisite did an excelllent job of fitting the Silestone in. So, when we decided to replace all of our kitchen counter tops with granite and quartz -- a large job -- we thought of Exquisite, and visited their office to look at quartz, tile, and granite samples. First off, their office is a turn-off: messy, disorganized, dusty, with files lying about and others in open boxes. We left a diagram of our kitchen with them last week in order to get information on how much granite and quartz to order, but didn't get a chance to talk to anyone since they were on the phone. No one called me back. Yesterday (a Thursday) I phoned in the morning to talk to them, but my call went into their voice mail. I phoned five more times during the day, leaving two more messages, that I was going to look at granite and quartz and would like to know how many slabs to set aside. No one called me back until today. I very nicely explained that since they didn't return my calls, I thought I was going to look elsewhere for a fabricator. Anna, the lady from Exquisite, did not offer an explanation why it took 24 hours to return a call, nor apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. I thought they did excellent work two years ago, and am glad that others have had good experiences with them, but am turned off by their lack of professionalism in their office, and will not use them again.

Ira, president of company was always punctual for all appointments to do the measuring. The granite was cut and finished to fit my countertops and installed as promised. The backsplash was installed in the design we discussed. The entire project was done to specifications and looks beautiful.

The design was very creative. The personnel at Exquisite were very helpful because we did not know what we wanted for the design and tile. I especially liked working with Ira at this company because he was very hands on and creative, but all of the crew were very helpful. I was very pleased with I walked into my kitchen and saw the end result. The crew members were quick and clean when they left our home. The crew was responsive to a couple of minor issues and corrected them promptly. THANK YOU Exquisite !

Project could not have gone better! I had checked Angie's List and then Exquisite Services was recommended to me by our carpenter because one of his customers had used them and was very happy. With a positive nod from both Angie's List & a strong recommendation from someone who had used them, I called Exquisite and spoke to Anna. We were in a bit of a hurry and she was awesome. Ira came out & measured & brought samples based on pictures of our tile & cabinetry that I had email to Anna. We met with Aaron & picked out our slab. Everyone was so knowledgeable & helpful. Tom & Christian were the installers. They were very careful, on time and perfectly professional. From start to finish, the process was painless, fast and efficient.

The counter top in the powder room was the same width as the room itself. We had existing wall paper that needed to be saved. They took numerous precautions to make sue they didn't damage it. This included slightly narrowing the counter top for clearance, polishing the ends to keep them from scratching the paper in case it touched it during installation, adding granite sides to the top to hide the minor clearance they had made, and they had us put paper over the wall paper to protect it. It only took them about 1 week to make the top. They were extremely professional and very customer orientated. We have used them in the past to do counter tops in our kitchen. On that job they actually held the granite for the custom island for 8 months until the island was delivered to us. As soon as the island was installed they came over to get final measurements and installed in one week later. They even recommended and provided more detailed and expensive cuts in the top without charging more! i am an engineer and have worked with many vendors over the years. They are the best vendor I have EVER experienced!

I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

They were great. Very courteous, professional and available. I couldn't have asked for a better company to handle my remodel of bathroom. He acted as an importer and handled everything for me during the process and he was terrific. He was extremely honest and it couldn't have gone better.

This is the 2nd time we used Exquisite Services for granite counter tops. We used Exquisite 4 years ago for our whole kitchen which included cabinet counter tops, an island counter top and full height back splash. We then recently had granite installed on an 8' long buffet for our dining room. When we had our kitchen done, we were told by friends that we would have no use of our kitchen for up to 3 weeks and that we should set up a 2nd temporary kitchen. Ira Power (owner of Exquisite) told me that once our lower cabinets were installed to call him and he would come out, complete his final measurements and he would have our granite counter tops and back splash installed with in 3 - 5 days. Our whole kitchen from demolition, new flooring, cabinets and granite took a total of 5 days from start to finish. My carpenter performed the demolition, new flooring and installed the lower cabinets on a Saturday. I then called Ira Power from Exquisite as soon as the lower cabinets were installed. Ira then came out on that Saturday afternoon to finish his final measurements. The granite was then installed 4 days later on Wednesday and the kitchen was complete. We obtained estimates for the same granite from 3 companies and Exquisite's prices matched one other companies. We then chose Exquiste based on the service promised to us which was that they would have the counter tops installed within 3 - 5 days. As mentioned earlier, they lived up to their promise. My wife and I could not be happier with our kitchen. The granite is beautiful. We were so happy with the service that we received that we went back to Exquisite in December 2012 as we needed a granite counter top for an 8' long buffet for our dining room. They lived up to their promise again. Also, they have a huge selection of granite, marbles, slates, etc. in their Libertyville showroom and we picked out our granite slab all in one day. Very convenient!

From the time we walked into Exquisite until the countertops were installed it was a pleasant experience. We had our counters installed on the date we requested without a hassle. Both Aaron and Ira were very professional and helpful as we selected our colors, then chose a slab and decided on edging, etc. Their price was extremely competitive. They were very responsive and flexible in working around OUR schedule. Ira even came out on a Sunday to do the final measure! The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently and left us with beautiful counters! I would definitely recommend them and will likely use them again when it comes time to remodel our bathrooms.
