Good price, punctual, responsive. I would use them again.

Did what they said they would do. Showed up on time. Did a good job, offered some additional services, (which I appreciated), gave me some additional Garage door still working well.

It went well, they did what I asked and then when I requested extra services, they gave me a quote and came back out a few days later to complete the job.

They did a fine job. I didn't pay more than the "Big Deal" I purchased.

Very friendly, very professional. Called ahead and arrived in the time frame promised. Thoroughly described issues with garage door and opener. Would definitely call again if I need garage door service.

I contacted the vendor at the end of September and set up a time for someone to come out on 9/28/2015 between the hours of 11:00a-3:00p. My husband waited all day yet no one called or came to the house. We reasoned that there may have been a mix-up since there were a couple of dates discussed so he waited on the next day to no avail. When he called the office, he was told that someone would give him a call; there was never a call. I reported this to Amazon and was credited for the price of purchase. It is a mystery as to why there was no follow up. I can only speculate but after seeing all of the glowing comments, I felt that I needed to add my experience to the list.

It went better than expected

Technician was very prompt and clearly explained that the rollers they provide wouln't fit the door we have. The ones we have on our door are thin as well as the attaching rods and the ones they provide are much thicker and sturdier. So while he was here I went ahead an got an estimate for a new door and installation quote which seems to be the best option for us. We will be contacting them again soon.

still not able to use the door. I purchased the part that the door needed, but he never actually got the door to open properly. He told me he did not want to be responsible.

I felt like they were more worried up-selling me rather then fixing my issue.

Replaced all rollers, lubricate spring, changed belt rod since previous installer did not perform good job on replacement. He replaced 8 feet (original) with 7 feet! Glen from Precision door was a great guy and he gave me $150 quote to change it with 8 feet so that my garage door opens all the way up. He adjusted all required settings and no my both garage door are very quiet and smooth. I would strongly recommend Precision Garage doors to anyone and won my confidence. Thanks. Utpal Patel

My garage door was definitely in need of serious repair. Precision Door arrived the next morning (on a Sunday) and quickly executed the repairs. Although I thought the door only need a new spring, the technician provided a thorough explanation of the repairs required. Since I'm an engineer, I appreciated the complete explanation of the work needed. He was accurate and I completely agreed with his assessment. The work was completed quickly and I couldn't be happier. Overall, precision door provided excellent service with a lifetime warranty. I also appreciated the e-mails with the technician bios prior to their arrival. This provided my family a sense of security in knowing who was coming to provide the service before they arrived. Precision Door should expand their customer service model to service more than garage doors. They are way ahead of the competition in terms of their use of e-mail and customer service to share information.

nice guy, explained a lot about the different parts of garage door, and what he was fixing, what might need fixing in future. he also replaced he seal strip at the bottom of the doors - which really needed to be done!

Great. Prompt, courteous, and thorough.

I purchased the Big Deal for a $99 garage door tune-up and roller replacement. I was scheduled quickly for the near future. The service tech that came out was on time and was very professional. He completed the service in under an hour. He spent several minutes before the service walking me through what he would be performing. After the service, he spent 10 minutes talking to me about his findings. Our garage door had not been serviced in the 3+ years we had lived at this house so it was slow and noisy. After the tune-up it is much faster to open and close and is very quiet! The technician was honest with me and did not try to upsell additional (unneeded) services.

The technician did a good job. He did try to upsell but ultimately we decided to just fix the problem and take advantage of the garage door tuneup special and the door was working well when he was done. I would use them again.

The service provided was outstanding! The service tech was running a little behind schedule, but kept me well informed on a time when he would arrive. He was very professional. I have already told people about this company. Thanks again!

Arrived in the time frame scheduled, performed all work quickly & thoroughly, repairman was friendly & organized. All in all a positive experience.

Went very well, replaced the rollers on the door, and gave me information about what went wrong and gave me information about possibly getting a new door.

Honest, timely, easy to work with. We had a $99 coupon/deal to have garage door wheels replaced. The door stopped working electronically and the company happily fixed what we needed done for the $99, even though the wheels weren't the problem.

It was okay. Their service was about average. I feel like the price was not a deal and that there was more to be done. Their responsiveness was pretty good.

The provider missed the first appointment completely. They were apologetic and did make the 2nd appointment. The tech that came was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the end result was just ok. The door is quieter, but it does not work as well as it did previously. It sticks and will not go completely down at times. Previously this would only happen occasionally and when I told the tech about it, whatever was done to repair it actually made it worse.
