Precision Door Service

I contacted Precision Door on 2/9/2021, the scheduler had an appoint that same day available, however, I scheduled the Technician for 2/10/2021. I had a few concerns regarding the operation of the door, due to it's age. The Technician was timely, friendly and knowledgeable. I would most definitely call back Precision Door in the future.

Repair was completed in a timely manner, new remotes looked good and worked great.

The service was great. The representative was on time and professional. I haven't had a problem with my door since.

BEWARE! I called Precision Garage Door because my garage door would not close. The technician they sent told me I needed a new garage door. I believed him. This costs $2,000, which included some bogus lifetime warranty. After the new garage door was installed, a day later I had the same problem, the door would not close. They sent a "technician" who didn't fix the problem. The problem was a loose wire to the garage door opener. So, if your garage door opener light is blinking and the door won't close, call a company who can repair your garage door opener. And, that company is not Precision Garage.

It went very smoothly. Issue was assessed immediately, parts were on hand and work was done efficiently. The garage door now looks and works better than before it broke.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review. When my garage door would not open or close I called Precision Door Service and they got someone out within 24 hours which was awesome in itself but I could not have asked for better service. Cody Wilkerson was my technician and he was great very friendly and professional. He assessed my issues within minutes and had me up and running within a half hour, he also took the time to explain to me the issue(s). Very pleased with the work the experience and the price will definitely use again.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It was okay, I guess. I mean, I haven't had trouble so far. There was definitely additional charge. They got the garage door fixed quick, so they were quick. They came quickly and they performed the work quickly. Everything is working now, although it is making a little noise now. It might be nothing, I don't know.

Terrible. Repair didn't last 24 hours, door only opened once. I called the company and asked to talk to the manager. I called several times and the people who answer the phone were very nice but the manager/owner Greg Nenni or anyone else ever returned my calls. I thought that was terrible customer service so I didn't use them to replace the opener, I used another company. If I couldn't get a call back regarding a small repair, I was worried I would get the same response if I spent a lot of money replacing the opener.

Serviceman was prompt, efficient, and the cost was reasonable. I will use them again for garage door maintenance

Cody was fantastic! He arrived within the scheduled time window, knew the repair that was needed before he arrived, had the parts prepared, and was careful to review the repair job before he started. Everything was completed in 20 minutes and Precision Door gave me a nice discount for the service (because of delay in scheduling the service call).

Precision Door Service is excellent. I've had them a couple of times and they're very good. I was having problems - not the full motor - but there was something wrong with it and they repaired it. They do a good job; they come out, they're here on time, the gentleman right away identified the problem and he gave me a couple of options. I took the smaller payment option, which he let me know the repair would only last for so many years, but that was fine. Other than that, that's what stood out.

Needed the major garage door spring repaired and added additional springs replaced due to a price package.

They were not sure of the package I purchased and I had to ask them to replace the wheels. My smaller door is still not working right as the electronic eyes are not aligned.

Install was great. Ryan was terrific in explaining door differences; letting me know the type door I already had and possible life remaining in the door. He explained details of the lifetime warranty on the new door and how any replacement/ repair costs are free; however, you must pay for the technician coming out. Ryan was the salesperson and the installer. He arrived on time, professionally completed the job, requested I inspect his work, made adjustments based on my request then left. He was awesome! I hope the entire staff at Precision Doors is as exceptional as Ryan represents the company.

The technician, Ethan, I think, was top notch. My husband was very impressed, and he is a perfectionist. The work was professional and efficient. I've been in and out of hospital after surgery; so sorry to provide this late. We could not be happier with work performed or the the technician that was sent.

Great, friendly and competent ,timely and work done as expected.

They came out the next day. I didn't have to pay any more. Sometimes my garage door is not opening, but I don't know if it's my remote or something they did. Just one person came out to do the service. He left the area clean.

It was very good. They're very pleasant people to work with. They were easy to deal with. They are courteous and have knowledge.

The package was for a garage door tuneup, and that went fine. However, the problem with the door was broken springs, which were replaced at a total cost of $430, which is much higher than the $200-$225 cost for spring replacement recommended by Angie's List.
