Description of Work: In addition to the Big Deal for $99, the service provider found other problems with my garage door, which he fixed. Unfortunately the tension on the door was too tight. The next day when I opened the garage door, I could not get it closed. The door would come down half way and then go back up, causing me to miss a doctors appointment. I called the company and they sent the service provider out the same day and fixed the tension on the door.
